I am a gourmet.

I have always had a soft spot for eating since I was a child.

When I was three or four years old, I ate everything. As long as I eat, I always eat with my mouth open. Now, as long as I like it, it must be the food I have worked hard for. My mouth is cunning!

I like three things best: tofu, fish and meat. I want to put tofu in the first place, raw, marinated, stewed, braised, skewered … whatever you want, as long as it's tofu. The protein of tofu is natural, and it is also the most suitable for us orientals to absorb.

I like fish, carp, herring, cod, crucian carp and yellow croaker. Carp is suitable for braising and steaming, and it is best to stew tofu with carp. This dish is delicious and nutritious. Amino acids in fish are combined with plant proteins in tofu, which is beneficial to human absorption.
