Clear water produces hibiscus, and natural carving comes from itself?

From Li Bai's poem "After the Great Chaos, Tian En Liu Yelang missed the past and gave Jiang the prefect. Good slaughter". It means like a hibiscus flower just coming out of clear water, simple and beautiful, without carving and decoration. Metaphor literary works should be as natural and fresh as hibiscus water.
