Ning Ken’s profile

Ning Ken: a prose writer who has lived in Tibet for many years. His original name was Ning Minqing. He was born in Beijing in 1959. He is a contracted writer of the Beijing Writers Association and the winner of the Novel Award of the Second Lao She Literary Award. He has engaged in various professions.

He started writing poetry in 1980, and published his debut poem "Snow Dream" in "Grudge" in 1982. His major works include the prose "Two Banks of a River", "Tibetan Song", "The Other Side of Silence", the poem "Shoton Festival", the novel "The Masked City", "The Door of Silence", "The Ringed Woman" (reprinted At that time, it was renamed "Huanshan") and "Tianzang".
