As a fragrant and elegant flower, daisy expresses a metaphor for love: love from the bottom of my heart. The sunny yellow color of daisies highlights a delicate and gentle beauty, giving people a relaxed, pure and peaceful feeling of blending with nature. Daisy is a very common flower, but in the eyes of people who love it, everything is beautiful "in the wild where daisies grow": "Grass waves flow far away in the breeze", "A lark is singing from the earth/a lark is singing from the clouds to the lower world. What's more, in this place where everything is shrouded in the harmony and beauty of nature, the author unexpectedly "saw my lover roaming slowly". My heart was shocked by the beauty and moved by this touching atmosphere, so I stepped forward without hesitation and "walked happily" with my beloved. Like my lover, "I" have a heart to appreciate and feel beauty, so both "I" and my lover are immersed in this beautiful scenery, just like Tao Yuanming's famous sentence "It makes sense in it, I forgot what I wanted to say", without talking or laughing. In this field where daisies grow, "I" was shocked by the beauty of nature, and my lover beside me was also integrated with this beauty. Everything was so wonderful that "I" could not restrain this warm and happy feeling and "kissed my lover on both cheeks".
The third section begins with "A lark is singing and soaring from the world" and "A lark is singing from the cloud to the lower world", which makes readers look to the sky, as if suggesting that their joy can reach the sky directly, and it is as if birds are jealous of the love they enjoy, and want to fly to the sky to find its love and bless them with "singing". "I only envy mandarin ducks, not immortals." Ordinary people's ordinary love is worth pursuing all their lives. Isn't the realm of "walking hand in hand" what many people dream of?
With clear and pure poetic language, restrained feelings, concise and fluent words, strange and ingenious ideas and cordial and natural tone, the poet makes illusory things and beautiful feelings have an amazing sense of reality and gives people beautiful enjoyment.
This poem is neat and symmetrical in form and sonorous in rhythm. Translators have also noticed this and tried to keep its original features. The first two paragraphs end with "Liu", "You" and "Hou", while the last paragraph rhymes with "Sheng", "Ming" and "Xing", which makes it catchy to read.
