Is China the birthplace of poetry?

Poetry comes from (ancient people's labor songs and folk songs) and is the general name of (poems and songs). About 5,000 years ago, China has entered the late primitive society. Poetry in primitive society has also come into being. Judging from the data left, the poems at this time are mainly songs created by primitive people in collective labor, which we collectively call (poems). (The Book of Songs) is China's first collection of poems. From the early years of the Western Zhou Dynasty to the mid-Spring and Autumn Period, 305 poems were collected. The Book of Songs has three parts: style, elegance and vulgarity, and praise. Li Sao is China's earliest lyric poem. His author (Qu Yuan) is the first great poet in the history of China literature. The new romantic poetic style it represents is (Chu Ci). Yuefu was originally an official institution for managing music established during the period of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. It not only sings poems praising literati, but also undertakes the task of collecting folk songs. These movements and songs were later collectively called (Han Yuefu). The Tang Dynasty was the heyday of the development of China's classical poetry. And (Tang poetry) and (Song poetry) are called "two verses" in ancient literature.
