In the history of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, many heroic sons and daughters appeared in China. With the support of patriotism, they all contributed their own strength to safeguarding the dignity of the motherland. With the help of these heroes, China can walk out of the humiliating war and build a powerful new China.
Once, there was a female soldier in Hunan who was 18 years old and died unfortunately to save her comrades. Later, before her death, she left the only letter, and it was not until 74 years later that her family knew about it.
Liu Shouwen's Military Experience
This heroic female soldier is Liu Shouning, who was born in Hunan at the beginning of last century. Because Liu Shouwen's family conditions are better, she received a good education when she was young. 15 years old, admitted to Changsha Nan Zhou Girls' Middle School for further study. But under the influence of family changes and social environment turbulence, Liu Shouwen also dropped out of school. When War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression broke out, inspired by patriotism, she took part in army building with great enthusiasm. Later, under the leadership of the female student Guards, she also followed the big troops to the battlefield of the Battle of Songhu.
After the reorganization of the army, Liu Shouning also became a battlefield ambulance man. 1938, the battle of taierzhuang broke out, and Liu Shouning's health team was also ordered to participate in this battle. Generally speaking, the work of the health team is not as dangerous as that of the frontline soldiers, but unfortunately, when her troops came to the east of Taierzhuang, they were attacked by the Japanese. Under the attack of heavy gunfire, a company commander also fell in a pool of blood.
Seeing this scene, many health workers fled, but Liu Shoumei stayed firmly. She tried her best to take the seriously injured company commander to a safe place, but suddenly Japanese soldiers hacked the company commander to death. At this point, the angry Liu Shoumei immediately fought with the Japanese soldier. Because there was no weapon in her hand, Liu Shoumei picked up the stone on the ground and hit the Japanese soldier, but just after she knocked down the Japanese soldier, a bullet also hit her back.
Liu Shouwen left the only relic after his sacrifice.
When the Japanese army left, some soldiers found that Liu Shouning was seriously injured and unconscious, so they took her back to the wounded soldier's home to recuperate. However, because of her injury, she knew it was difficult for her to survive. So Liu Shouning took out a photo of herself at school, a letter and two oceans and gave it to her aunt who took care of her. She asked her aunt to help her send photos and letters home. Shortly after completing the dying entrustment, Liu Shouning died of excessive blood loss, and her body was placed in a mass grave at the east end of Tang Chen Village.
Later, my aunt inquired about it and found out that Liu Shouning was originally a female middle school student in Hunan. Because China was full of chaotic battlefields at that time, even if she wanted to post the letter for her, there was nothing she could do. In this way, she decided to hide the letter under the box and post it after returning from the refugees. But what she didn't expect was that with the passage of time, the handwriting on the letter had become blurred, and only that photo was relatively complete.
Because of the age, my aunt can't remember Liu Shouning's home address clearly, so this photo has never been sent back. Until later, my aunt's family finally found out where Liu Shouning's hometown was through the help of the media. On 20 12, Liu Shouning's photo was also sent back to his hometown. Since then, this 74-year wish has finally come true. Later, Liu Shouning's body was also placed in the art cemetery of Hunan Revolutionary Cemetery. Although Liu Shouning died forever at the age of 18, her revolutionary spirit also influenced many soldiers.

In fact, on the battlefield in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and China, there are many soldiers like Liu Shouning, who are far away from home just to defend their country. Although many people died in the war, not all of them can find their roots, but if they are in the spirit of heaven and see that China has become so powerful, perhaps these martyrs will feel gratified.
As the saying goes, heroes are born in troubled times. It is precisely because of the chaotic social situation in China that many people with lofty ideals come forward and make their own contributions to the development of China. Today we can have such a stable and happy life because of the dedication of these anti-Japanese heroes. In the future development of China, we should always remember the stories of these revolutionary martyrs. Without them, there would be no new China that is so rich and powerful now.
