Writing an annual narrative when the taste of the year is fading is actually a choice when there is no other choice. 1. The road to self-cultivation in the classroom

In the first half of this year, he continued to teach seventh-grade Chinese as a class teacher; In the second half of the year, I was arranged by the school to teach the ninth grade Chinese, which relieved me of the work of the class teacher. Two grades of education and teaching life, two completely different life experiences.

At the beginning of the semester, we discussed and revised the class rules of last semester, and used the system formulated by * * * to restrain behavior. Run for class cadres and department heads to ensure that everyone has something to do, everyone has something to do, and every student knows his responsibilities.

The construction of class library continues. One semester, I bought nearly a hundred books with my bonus. Some children also donated their favorite books. Some people even bought some new books after entering the eighth grade and donated them to the class library on Teacher's Day. Borrowing books in an orderly way, borrowing books on Friday, returning them on Sunday, and reading some magazines at will on weekdays. Above the bottom line of reading one million words per student, we will select reading stars every month. The reward for reading stars is sometimes a red envelope, sometimes a bookmark, and sometimes the priority to borrow new books. We show the photos of reading stars with the help of the display board on the outer wall of the classroom. Although it is only printed on A4 paper, it can also stimulate students' enthusiasm for "star-picking".

In terms of Chinese courses, I think I have done a solid job in building an ideal classroom, and the children's achievements can also prove this. In the morning recitation class, read Shi Shuo Xin Yu, select dozens of ancient short essays according to the theme, and use the tutoring time after breakfast every week 13 to read, understand the meaning, analyze the characters and contact the present. The recitation homework in the morning is to retell the story and write the harvest. Excellent morning recitation homework will be displayed before the next morning recitation. Shi Shuo Xin Yu lasted until June 4. Obviously, children's reading level of classical Chinese has improved, so they can contact their own life experiences and think about the life themes involved in the story. It's also a pity that we haven't sorted out the morning class review set, because the end of the morning class review is close to the end of the term.

Throughout the book, I took classes and drama classes. Besides Journey to the West, we also watched Camel Xiangzi, Two Wan Li under the Sea and The Little Prince. During the week-long Chinese class, we adopted various forms, such as role division, paragraph-by-paragraph reading, reading by teachers and students or boys and girls, etc. After watching Camel Xiangzi, we had a thematic discussion. We think it is very necessary for seventh-grade children to read aloud in class, otherwise, the discussion will not go deep. Two Wan Li under the Sea is Verne's famous science fiction novel. We traveled with the protagonist, and there was a craze for reading sci-fi works in our class, so we took the opportunity to recommend the sci-fi works of local sci-fi writers such as Liu, Hao, and Zhe (the first two films in this year's Spring Festival are all based on Liu's works). The Little Prince is a sad love fairy tale. After watching it, we rewrote it into a script and performed it in the afternoon of June 12. Whether it is an actor or a prop, this year's children have given me many surprises.

In this semester's "oral composition" activity, we made a "good book recommendation", and the participating students made relevant PPT. The endless introduction really aroused the students' desire to read. Just after the publication of Three-body, two groups of students recommended it to everyone, and many fans of Liu poured out in the class.

Every evening's class meeting is a sunset class, sometimes discussing the problems in the class, sometimes discussing social problems, and sometimes the theme class meeting arranged by the school. In short, the class meeting is also a sunset class. I hope that students can pay attention to and think about themselves and the outside through dusk, and become discerning, thoughtful and responsible citizens.

This semester, I also wrote 18 letters to my children in a week of * * *. A big theme every month, but in general, this semester is mainly to introduce role models to children in the form of letters and interpret their spiritual characteristics. After the end of the semester, I sorted out 40 letters of this school year, and there were as many as150,000 words. As a class teacher, I come into contact with many children, and most of the children in the class are left behind, so unconsciously interfering with children's lives is a bit beyond the scope of the teacher's work, such as trimming girls' bangs. The way children convey their love is to organize voluntary activities and collect beverage bottles for grandmothers on campus.

Rooted in the classroom, I don't expect anything in return, but this year's children have given me too much in return. On Teacher's Day, these children gave me many gifts. What moved me most was that the children sang "Seeds of New Education" for me in my living room. This is our class song. When I saw their serious faces and heard their songs, my eyes filled with tears.

In the second half of the year, teaching as a whole felt a bit awkward.

After the summer vacation starts, I will follow the school arrangement, bid farewell to my former children, teach ninth grade Chinese and stop being a class teacher. To tell the truth, I was not used to it at first, because I had too little contact with the students and didn't call them for a long time. In the face of their expectant eyes in class, I naturally can't name myself, which is very embarrassing.

The work has become difficult, because the teaching materials have been changed into volumes, and I need to prepare lessons again. So in a lot of spare time, I turn on the computer, prepare lessons with the effective teaching framework of the new education, and then share it with my colleagues. After one semester, I prepared 47 texts. In addition, in order to promote, I also prepared the texts of Volume I and Volume II of Grade 8, * * * near 150, which were written independently by myself and have a framework, and I shared them with Chinese teachers in Grade 8 and Grade 9. Later, the school advocated the five plus one model, which was embarrassing again.

Teaching the ninth grade, the pressure is that students have less time to study. Although I also have morning reading, * * * reading and drama courses, I am really struggling. Whether teachers, parents or students, the tight hoop of the senior high school entrance examination has become tighter and tighter, and exams are frequent. The academic burden has obviously increased a lot. For example, two textbooks should be studied in one semester, and a new lesson should be finished before the New Year. What is particularly embarrassing is that after the mid-term exam, I have to study the textbook of the second volume of the ninth grade, but the new textbook will not arrive until next semester. Therefore, students buy a complete solution of teaching materials for class. The book does explain it in detail, but it also deprives students of the opportunity to think. Awkward.

Life in China

In any case, for me, a teacher who advocates reading, Chinese course is not only to build an ideal classroom, but also to enrich it.

Review class in the morning. First of all, we should start reading Ai Qing's poems, because there are poems of Ai Qing in the new textbook after class. Instead of letting the children read by themselves, it is better to read poems together. So according to the chronological order of creation, I chose Ai Qing's 14 poems. After reading them, I let the children imitate them and let them indulge in poetry creation for more than a month. After the mid-term exam, I started Su Shi's morning reading class and selected more than a dozen poems by Su Shi. With the help of these poems, we entered the life of this great man, but the reading is not over, and the next semester will continue.

Read the whole book, courses and scripts. We spent more than two months reading "Water Margin" and went to Lu, Lin Chong, Song Jiang, Yang Zhi, jy and so on. Discuss the great events and endings in Liangshan. Three female generals, Wu Yong, Lu Junyi, Zhu Tong, etc. You can only spend a little time in the back. Zhou Ji, recording * * * reading gains, is a re-analysis of the characters. After that, we read The Merchant of Venice, abbreviated the script before New Year's Day, rehearsed it into a drama, and performed it at the class's New Year's Day party. Although some lines are unfamiliar, it is a rare experience to cross the course.

Although I am no longer a class teacher, I still regard the letter as a platform for spiritual communication. I wrote 22 letters this semester. I talked about ideals in September, learning in 10/month, reading in 1 month, personality development in1February, and topics such as choice, prejudice, alienation and rumors in1month with the help of The Merchant of Venice. Because these letters were written at home on weekends, they were sent to the class group after they were finished. Some students don't have the heart to watch, so we use the make-up time or study by ourselves on Sunday night. When we watch it, we can't help but explain it again, but we don't know how many children we can affect.

This winter vacation, we planned what we would learn in Journey to the West with our children, because we all know that Journey to the West is an unavoidable masterpiece in the face of the senior high school entrance examination. Every year, the examination questions of famous books will involve The Journey to the West or The Water Margin. If students are allowed to see for themselves, it is inevitable that they will become superficial and cannot be detailed. So this winter vacation, we will publish reading guidance questions in the group and read them every two days. Up to now, seven people have read it.

Teaching the ninth grade in the second half of the year, the overall feeling is a bit embarrassing. From the utilitarian examination and quality, I obviously emphasize the latter. I always feel that it is not too late to take the exam next semester, but many people may not think so. I wholeheartedly promote reading, but in the face of the pressure of the senior high school entrance examination, the resistance is as great as the thrust; This year's children feel that the learning task is heavier than before, and they don't like paper reading. Maybe they use their mobile phones to browse more information on the Internet, but this does not mean that their reading comprehension level has also improved.

This semester, I sometimes feel that I am a person trying to plant an oasis in the desert, sometimes I feel that I am the child who threw a small fish back into the sea, and sometimes I feel that I am Sisyphus pushing a stone up the mountain. Always disappointed, but never desperate; Strive to balance with reality, but will not compromise. I often reflect and always look for reasons from myself: I pay attention to thinking and understanding, but students' habit of accepting specific tasks is strengthened, so Chinese lessons are Buddhist; I am too active and eager to emphasize reading. Reading is not an immediate job. Students' learning tasks are too heavy, homework is too much, and reading motivation is insufficient.

2. Self-cultivation in spare time

For me, learning is always on the road. Many people around me don't understand why I still insist on taking lessons in text interpretation and reading every day; In fact, I don't understand why many people don't study or study.

This year, my lecturer and I "chewed" A Dream of Red Mansions. I used to think I was a red powder, but the difficulty of my homework made me feel difficult to interpret. The depth of the speaker's explanation was beyond my ability, but when I saw myself in it, I couldn't stay out of it. I hope I can take two or three children to read it again next summer vacation.

This year, I also chewed Dewey's How We Think and read Bruner's View on Education and Culture with the lecturer. I felt that the former was easier to understand than Dewey's Democracy and Education, and I was happy for a few days. Bruner's statement is too difficult to understand. Especially the autumn courses, obviously can't keep up. Until this winter vacation, I chewed the book again, reviewed the teaching records, and conceived to finish my homework before school started.

For this year, I feel that I haven't put in as much energy as before, perhaps because I don't have the weight to balance work and study. If I dive in class, my study is not deep enough, and I may even feel superficial and ashamed.

What impressed me most about the book I read casually was "Crossing the South and Returning to the North". At that time, I just finished watching the movie "Don't Ask", and I was very curious and admired the teachers and students of the National The National SouthWest Associated University. So I spent two months (actually three months) reading this book, and it was really shocking. On the basis of collecting a lot of data, the author recorded the activities and achievements of many famous intellectuals, especially the professors and students of National Southwest Associated University, before the liberation of New China after the May 4th Movement. Of course, there are subjective evaluations, which make people feel that those people are not high-profile images, but three-dimensional people with temperament, such as Hu Shi and Mei Yiqi. I don't know why, what impressed me the most was the archaeologist Li Ji. Perhaps it is because of his field research spirit that he devoted himself to the work he loved and indulged in it, which made my life possible.

Impressed, there is Fu Dongying's "New Education". As a contemporary educator, the author exhausted his vision, thinking and eulogizing the new education with his profound theoretical foundation and profound educational vision. As a follower of the new education, I feel very honored to be written into this book by Fu Lao. Yes, no matter who is too excited to sleep after reading "New Education" on the train, no matter who vowed at the annual meeting to let the new education blossom and bear fruit in his hometown, or who continues to practice the new education silently and immerse himself in reading and immersion courses, his belief in the new education has never changed. Although it is only a "one-person household" like Lao Wang in Jiang Yang's works, it is not as "afraid of being left behind" as Lao Wang. Because of the new education, year after year, my classroom always has light; Just like Tagore's fireflies, all the people in the universe who emit ideal light are my relatives!

During the summer vacation, I concentrated on reading two books by Mr. Yao Tao: A Little Seed Classroom Tour and Planting the Next Classroom, and felt that Mr. Yao Tao was my mirror image; I also watched the history class of American special-grade teachers: the cultivation of critical thinking. In connection with Dewey's thinking theory, I feel that American history class is really practicing Dewey's theory effectively and paying attention to the training of thinking ability. After reading this book, I recorded more than 3000 words in my reading notes and recommended them to my children.

In addition, I have read these books: non-violent communication, teaching in this way, children can easily go to Harvard, how to read a book, practice deliberately, master: the knowledge of the elite and our times can never be imagined, and so on. Some books are not at hand, they can't remember the title, and they haven't written reading notes, so the income from reading is even less.

Three. Other trifles

In my opinion, even if colleagues just take out homework to guide students to preview, they can improve students' autonomous preview level and develop their thinking.

I didn't get any other books, but I have one for everyone, and I will read this book. I am embarrassed to read by myself, so I let the teachers read by themselves after class. When reading together, I hope everyone will ask questions and discuss them together. Now that I think about it, this idea is wrong. You can take the form of reading the key content+asking questions+discussing questions, so that everyone can really gain something from reading and get some insights from the connection with teaching practice, rather than just talking about it.

Nietzsche said: Don't try to change anyone. In my opinion, facing adults, the most influential thing is not teaching, but emitting light and heat for them to see. After all, growth is irreplaceable. Everyone is on the way to learn from the scriptures, and perhaps everyone has a different concept of the true scriptures. But the real scriptures are still ours, and they are wordless scriptures given by the process.

I know that my imperfections are as great as my advantages, but I am willing to continue to cultivate myself, not to be a perfect person in the secular sense, but to cultivate a firm belief in the Tang priest style, uproot Wukong's arrogance and vanity, quit the greed like Bajie, and be alert to the negativity like Friar Sand.
