Lu Xiaoman, 1903-1965, also known as Lu Mei, was a modern female painter from Wujin, Jiangsu, and came from a scholarly family. She studied at the Sacred Heart School in France in 1915. She was proficient in English and French at the age of 18. She was invited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to receive foreign guests, participate in dances organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and served as a spoken translator for Chinese and foreign personnel. She is a painter who studied under famous artists such as Liu Haili, Chen Banding, and He Tianjian. In 1926, she married Xu Zhimo. In the same year, she participated in the Chinese Women's Calligraphy and Painting Association. In 1941, she held a personal exhibition in Shanghai. In her later years, she was recruited as a professional painter of the Shanghai Chinese Painting Academy and a member of the Shanghai Artists Association. She participated in the first and second exhibitions of New China. National Art Exhibition.
2. Lin Huiyin.
Lin Huiyin, June 10, 1904 - April 1, 1955, female, Han nationality, from Min County, Fujian, was born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. His original name was Lin Huiyin, and his name came from "Poetry Daya Siqi": The great concubine Huiyin is the son of Bai Si. Later, because he was often mistaken for "Lin Weiyin", a writer at that time, he changed his name to "Huiyin". The first wife of architect Liang Sicheng, a famous Chinese architect, poet, writer, one of the designers of the Monument to the People's Heroes and the deepening plan of the National Emblem of the People's Republic of China. 3. Zhou Xuan.
Zhou Xuan (August 1, 1920 - September 22, 1957), born in Changzhou, Jiangsu, is a Chinese film actor and singer. In 1931, he joined the Mingyue Song and Dance Ensemble and attracted attention for singing the song "Light of the Nation". He became famous in 1934 with the song "Flowers of May" and entered the film industry in 1935. The 1937 feature film "Street Angel" starring in it became the masterpiece of her acting career, and the film interludes "Song Girl from the End of the World" and "Song of the Four Seasons" she sang were also popular in the Chinese area. 4. Ruan Lingyu.
Ruan Lingyu (April 26, 1910 - March 8, 1935), formerly known as Ruan Fenggen, was born in Shanghai and her ancestral home is Xiangshan County, Guangdong. She studied at Shanghai Chongde Girls' Middle School, and then dropped out of school voluntarily, leaving China Silent Movie stars during the film period, their status in the film industry during the Republic of China was second only to that of actress Hu Die. Because her father, a worker, died young, Ruan Lingyu worked with her mother as a domestic helper when she was a child. Her mother lived frugally, so she allowed her to go to school.
