A smile is worth a thousand dollars —— Appreciation of Begonia Poems in Song Dynasty (IV)

Chao, a poet in the Northern Song Dynasty and one of the four bachelor's degree students in Sumen, wrote many poems about Haitang, and his poem "Appreciating Begonia in the Garden" praised the beauty of the first begonia:

When the flowers are old, the begonia blooms. The rain is too cold to clear up. The most demon gave a break for a while, but it was just beginning to bloom and the clouds were small, so he coated it with powder and put it on Wei Zhu.

Just open it all, I will swing in spring, and I will embroider in a hundred palaces. Even if I'm speechless, I should hate that I'm late, but catkins are coming back to spring. When you are drunk, you still lean on Rouke, afraid of dusk, and this worry must be as fine as a flower. ?

This word praises the flowering of begonia. The poet also has a poem "Happy to Heaven" praising the blooming begonia, and a poem "Thank the Emperor" praising the half-thanked begonia. It can be seen that the poet has a strong interest in begonia flowers. ?

Begonia blooms in late spring. The first two sentences of the word point out that the day when all the flowers wither is the time when Haitang first blooms. When flowers are lonely, begonia brings beauty to the world. It is precisely "a little red among the evergreen trees, not much touching spring scenery" that this kind of flower is precious and lovely. The third stage means the time to enjoy flowers in Wen Yuan. This is a fresh and pleasant day after the rain. A word "good" conveys the poet's pleasant mood in the face of his beautiful scenery.

The last four sentences of the first part describe the beauty of the first flowering begonia. The most beautiful part of the garden is the blooming begonia. The patches of green leaflets and pink delicate flowers are just a pretty girl who has decorated her temples skillfully and lightly applied makeup, and has not finished dressing up. She's cute. Comparing beautiful women with flowers is an old tradition of ancient poetry, which is not novel. In "Happy Sky", the poet wrote down the blooming begonia, and used words such as "red cheeks and cheeks" and "heavy makeup and light touch" to describe the beauty of the flowers. But here, the newly opened Haitang is compared to a girl who is "small in the cloud and painted with Wei Zhu". She is unique, novel and really vivid. ?

Write the beauty of blooming begonia in three sentences. The virtual pen is used here, and the imaginary scene is written. "It is best to fully open". Imagine that all the begonia are in bloom, and when they bloom, they are naturally beautiful. When Haitang is in full bloom, "spring is full, and there are hundreds of kinds of palace embroideries." In that refreshing lingering spring, begonia flowers are like the brocade of the renewed front in the palace, colorful and varied, dazzling. Compared with the fresh and elegant beauty of begonia, the poet's choice is obvious. "I'm speechless, but my heart should hate me for coming late, just catkins. I'll come back later." These three sentences complement each other with "the most demon Rao" Poetically speaking, if I come to see Haitang when it is in full bloom, the flowers will be silent, but my heart will hate me for coming late. Because the catkins have taken away the spring at this time, I will not be able to enjoy the youthful beauty of the first blooming begonia. Only then did I understand that the poet wrote down the beauty of countless embroideries of blooming begonia in order to be more "charming" than the first blooming begonia. This kind of writing is extremely beautiful and subtle.

The last three sentences further describe the infatuation with the newly opened begonia. "Drunk and leaning on Rouke", a poet who has been intoxicated by Haitang, leans on the soft branches of Haitang and writes full of flowers. The purpose of writing people is to write flowers. "If you are afraid of dusk, you must spend as much time as fine flowers." The poet is afraid of dusk, because then he can't appreciate the flowers. It is similar to Su Dongpo's poem "I am afraid of falling asleep at night, so I light a high candle to make up my red makeup" ("Haitang"). How to dispel this faint sadness of pity for flowers? It must also be pinned on the petite begonia. The word "thin" is extremely vivid. This sentence not only sounded a strange alarm, but also had a beautiful feeling. It's really ingenious. Li Yian's "People are Thinner than Yellow Flowers" is praised by the world. Although it is exquisite, it is a piece of dust after this article.

You Mao, the four great poets of Zhongxing in the Southern Song Dynasty, wrote a poem "Partridge Begonia", praising the beauty of begonia flowers:

By the stream, under the shade, there are two rows of fragrant flowers, and a smile is a daughter.

The forest was ablaze with fire and rosy clouds were shooting at Shui Ying.

Xiao makeup is light and rouge is heavy, and spring is drunk.

It is difficult to write a sentence from a high standard, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology should not always be sloppy. ?

? "Two rows of fragrant flowers stand beside the shadow of the brook, and a smile is worth thousands of dollars." First, the poet personified the begonia flower, and borrowed the allusion of beauty "laughing like a thousand dollars" to write the charming and enchanting state of begonia flower with its fragrant flowers and moving petals. According to historical records, during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Zhou Youwang's spouse was upstairs one day. Seeing that the princes were busy going back, there was nothing wrong with them, and they all laughed. Wang You said, "I like when you smile, everything is charming. This is a great power for my father. " So I reward it 1000 dollars. Even if it is not used, it is very natural and appropriate to use this allusion to write the begonia flowers in the words, which meets the requirements of untraceability.

"The fire shines in the forest, and the rosy clouds shine again in Shui Ying." The poet used two appropriate metaphors to describe the color, light and state of begonia flowers. Hotch is an extremely precious ruby. "Xia Tong" is Xia Hong in the sky. These two sentences mean that the begonia flower is beautiful, moist and lovely, burning and shining like a ruby, and as delicate and rich as Xia Hong pouring water.

"Light makeup is light and rouge is heavy, and people get dizzy in spring", and compare the begonia flower to a beauty, saying that when it is in bud, it is rich in color and extremely beautiful, as if the beauty put rouge on it in the morning, but it can't be wiped evenly. When the flowers bloom, the petals are slightly pale, beautiful and lovely, as if a beautiful woman had a flush on her face after getting drunk in spring. At this point, the poet's description of begonia flowers can be said to be incisive and hard to see. ?

In the last two sentences, "It is difficult to write a sentence with high standards, and the Ministry of Industry should not always be careless", the poet waved his pen and ink to further praise the holiness and purity of begonia flowers from the opposite side from the perspective of unsatisfactory poetry and unsatisfactory words. Gog refers to the noble style of begonia flower. "Ministry of Industry" refers to Du Fu, a poet in the Tang Dynasty. He used to be the minister of the Ministry of Industry in Yanwu shogunate, and was called Du Gongbu. The meaning of these two sentences is not that Du Fu, a great poet, didn't write poems praising begonia flowers with his heart, but that begonia flowers are elegant and extraordinary, and it is really difficult for poets to choose words and make sentences! In fact, Du Fu also loves flowers, just because "flowers are as high as my window, hurting the hearts of wanderers, and looking from this height is sad everywhere" ("Ascending the Mountain"). In an era of human blood and tears and devastation, how can Du Fu, who is concerned about the country and the people, have leisure to sing flowers and moons?

[dí] To Begonia by Liu Zaoqing, a poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, shows the charm of begonia flowers after rain:

After the rain, the wind is weak, the hot spring bath is tired, and my makeup is late. Blue sleeves attract clouds, red lips get wine, and the face is dizzy and rouge.

Haiyan comes back every year, but in sunny and dusk. Pour all over Gan Qiong, burn silver candles and spend money for knowledge. ?

Among colorful flowers, begonia has always been famous for its beauty. Here, there are many flowers, lush foliage, soft branches, graceful and unique charm. Ceng Yong's songs, praising the Chinese flowering crabapple, can express the charm of Chinese flowering crabapple and are worth reading. ?

"After the rain, the wind weakened. The hot spring bath is tired and the makeup is late. " As soon as the poet put pen to paper, he did not directly describe the begonia flower itself, but first described its specific environment, and then compared it with the peerless beauty Yang Guifei. What is the specific environment of begonia? This is a new sunny day, and it rains very little. The poet's description of begonia in this environment is really ingenious, because begonia is the most beautiful soon after the rain. Zheng Gu, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, said in his poem Haitang that "the new rain is the best, and it is beautiful before it blooms." Look: a light rain has just passed and the breeze is blowing gently. The beautiful begonia flowers are stained with glittering and translucent water drops, washing away the fine dust on the petals, so bright, so bright, so beautiful and graceful, especially the bright red color, which looks like the blush on a girl's face when she is shy and charming. No wonder the poet used the feminine and lazy modality when the imperial concubine came out of the bath as a metaphor: "The hot spring bath is tired, and the imperial concubine's makeup is late." How vivid and vivid! Full-bodied, beautiful as flowers, known as "fat and thin (Yan, Zhao)". She was deeply loved by Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty and often bathed in Huaqing Pool. When she took a bath, she was even more charming and beautiful, so Bai Juyi wrote in Song of Eternal Sorrow: "It was early spring. They bathed her in a pure pool, which warmed and smoothed her creamy skin. Because of her fatigue, a maid lifted her up when the emperor first noticed her and chose her as his bride. " Here, I once compared the charming and enchanting begonia flowers in the breeze after the rain to Yang Guifei after bathing, which is really appropriate.

The next three words are closely related to the previous ones. Li Ming continued to describe Yang Guifei, but actually described the shape and color of Haitang: "Blue sleeves attract clouds, red lips get wine, and the face is dizzy and rouge." The first sentence is about flowers and leaves, and the last two sentences are about the color of flowers themselves. Green leaves and red flowers set each other off. The "green sleeves" in the first sentence means that the leaves of begonia are emerald green, and the word "attracting clouds" describes its shape. The last two sentences, "red lips get wine, blushing face", mean that people write flowers, which is the best color of begonia. It means that after the rain, the begonia flowers are like drunken Yang Guifei, and the red flowers are as bright and beautiful as the wine faint on the cheeks painted by Guifei. These two paragraphs of the poet's description are really vivid and vividly show the beautiful colors of begonia flowers after the rain.

In the first part of Ci, the poet captured the specific moment of "the rain passed the breeze", deliberately portrayed it, and vividly presented the shape and charm of the begonia flower to people in the form of relief. You see its flowers are clean and bright, covered with water droplets, with a rouge-like blush and green leaves. As soon as the wind stops, it is like a living beauty, leaving a very deep impression on people. ?

The next article focuses on flowers from the previous one, focusing on describing my feelings of loving flowers and cherishing them. "Haiyan returns every year", pointing out the season when begonia blooms. Haiyan is another name for swallow. Every year, when swallows return home, it is also the time when begonia blooms. The poet lingered among the flowers and could not bear to leave. However, the poet is most afraid, unbearable and helpless at dusk. Because the light is dim and the surrounding environment is chaotic, it is not clear to look at Haitang again.

How to waste the flowering period of begonia? So the poet repeated many people's old tricks and looked at them at night: "Leaning against Gan Qiong and lighting a silver candle." These two words focus on the description of time to highlight the poet's love for flowers. He leaned against the railing to watch, which shows that he watched carefully from different angles and directions. If it weren't for his infatuation, it would never have happened, and it lasted too long, not only leaning against the railing, but also lighting silver candles. That means it's been a long time. Su Shi also loves Haitang very much. After reading it during the day, he "was afraid of falling asleep at night, so he lit a high candle and wore red makeup." Yico Zeng not only lit candles, but also burned residual flowers, which shows his deep treasure and love for flowers! He enjoys flowers at night for a long time, and his persistence and obsession are deeper than those of his predecessors.

On second thought, however, the poet is a little sad: he is so enthusiastic, so pitying and cherishing flowers, while plants and woody plants are heartless things. How can they understand their pains and infatuation? Therefore, the poet wrote "flowers compete for knowledge" at the end of the poem, which is the expression of this mood. ?

Although this word, like many scribes, shows the common theme of loving flowers and cherishing them, the poet's feelings are deeper than those of ordinary writers. At the same time, the word is unique in artistic technique, which is manifested in the poet's ability to grasp the opportunity and ingenuity, and it is most suitable to express the beauty of begonia by grasping the specific moment of "rain over the wind".
