Wang Yucheng [1]
No flowers, no wine, crystal clear, and the taste is bleak like a wild monk [2].
Yesterday, the neighbor asked for a new fire [3], and the window was separated from the desk lamp by a layer.
(1) Wang Yucheng (954- 100 1) was born in Juye, Jeju (now Juye, Shandong). In the eighth year of Emperor Taizong's Taiping and Xingguo (983), he was a scholar and was awarded the master book of martial arts. True Sect acceded to the throne and knew its patent. In the first year of Xianping (998), he revised the records of Taizu in advance. He broke the taboo and learned about Huangzhou. Thirty volumes of Small Livestock Collection and twenty volumes of Small Livestock Collection (the remaining six to thirteen volumes are eight volumes). The author wrote Ye Wei. Ye Wei (960- 10 19), a native of Shaanxi (now Shanxian County, Henan Province), was a poet in the Northern Song Dynasty. Without asking Wen Da, he used to hide in the eastern suburb of Shaanxi, planting bamboo and wood by hand, and digging holes in the soil, which was called "Lotte Cave". He built his own thatched cottage in front of the cave and played the piano and wrote poems all day, becoming a Buddhist thatched cottage. Song Zhenzong heard his name and sent an emissary to call him. He fled over the wall with his harp. After his untimely death, he wrote a letter to his secretary to keep his job. He is good at writing poems, most of which reflect the interest of seclusion in the mountains. His poems are straightforward, simple and clear, and contain many cautionary sentences. There are ten volumes in Caotang Collection, which was later changed by his son Wei Xian into seven volumes in Julu Dongguan Collection.
(2) Wild monks: monks who have been wandering for a long time.
(3) New Fire: Tomb-Sweeping Day had a cold meal the day before. According to legend, the solution was pushed in the 19th year of Spring and Autumn Period, and he died with Zhong Er, the son of the State of Jin. After that, Zhong Er returned to China as a monarch. Jie Zhitui didn't ask for official salary, and the mother and son lived in seclusion in Mianshan (now Jiexiu, Shanxi). Zhong Er was so happy that he burned the mountain and occupied it by force. Jiezhitui refused to come out of the mountain and was burned to death. In order to commemorate him, later generations banned cold food 150 days from winter to the future, and called the new fire after the cold food festival a new fire.
The criticism of this poem is based on Tomb-Sweeping Day. While others are enjoying flowers and drinking, the poet lives a depressed and barren life like a monk in the mountains. When he got a new fire, he read all night until dawn. The whole poem uses the method of contrast and contrast to describe the situation of poor people studying hard. Xie Weixin's Outline of Ancient and Modern Events (Volume 16) holds that the author is Ye Wei, and so does Chronicle of Song Poetry (Volume 10).
