Introduction to Chen Chaohua

Chen Chaohua, poet, senior media person. He is currently the editor-in-chief of Sohu.com, the vice president of Sohu, the former general manager of Southern Metropolis Daily, and the producer of Nandu Weekly and Nandu Entertainment Weekly. Member of the 8th and 9th sessions of the Guangdong Provincial Youth Federation, member of the Guangdong Provincial Writers Association, and member of the Guangdong Provincial Poetry Creation Committee. The initiator of the Chinese Literature Media Award and the China Architectural Media Award. One of the core sponsors of the China Rural Children’s Critical Illness Medical Insurance Public Welfare Fund. Born in August 1969, graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (now East China University of Political Science and Law) in July 1992. He has successively served as a reporter for Southern Weekend, deputy director of Nanfang Daily and Southern Weekend Shanghai reporter station, station manager, and editor of Southern Metropolis Daily Committee Member, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Southern Metropolis Daily. From March 2012 to January 2014, he served as Vice President of Nandu All-Media Cluster and Executive Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Southern Metropolis Daily. In 2006, he presided over the establishment of "Nandu Weekly" and "Nandu Entertainment Weekly" and concurrently served as Editor-in-chief until January 2014, and later appointed as general manager of Southern Metropolis Daily. In January 2015, Chen Chaohua resigned from his position as general manager of Southern Metropolis Daily and officially joined Sohu.
