I love my hometown - Shenyang. More than 7,000 years ago, human beings thrived in Shenyang. The "Xinle Cultural Site" can illustrate this. After Qin Shihuang unified China, he divided the country into 36 counties, and Shenyang belonged to Liaodong County. During the Western Han Dynasty, Shenyang had the outline of a city, which was called "Hucheng" at that time. In the Tang Dynasty, it was renamed "Shenzhou". In 921 AD, Taizu of the Liao Dynasty came here, bringing a large number of immigrants, building city sites, and developing production. During the Jin Dynasty, after Jin Taizu Wanyan Aguda captured Shenzhou, he continued to use the name "Shenzhou". In 1296, the Yuan Dynasty rebuilt Tucheng here, renamed Shenzhou "Shenyang Road" and placed it under the jurisdiction of Liaoyang. There is a river in the south of Shenyang called Shenshui, which is now the Hun River. Since Shenyang is located in the north of Shenshui (Hun River), according to the traditional Chinese orientation theory, that is, "the north of the mountain is yin and the north of the water is yang", so Shenzhou was changed to Shenyang . Since then, the name "Shenyang" has officially appeared in historical materials, with a history of more than 700 years. In the Ming Dynasty, it was renamed "Shenyang Road" as "Shenyang Zhongwei". In 1625, Nurhachi, the first emperor of the Qing Dynasty, moved the capital from Liaoyang to Shenyang and began to build the imperial palace (today's Shenyang Forbidden City) in Shenyang City. In 1643, Emperor Taizong Huang Taiji of the Qing Dynasty renamed Shenyang "Shengjing". In 1657, the Qing Dynasty established Fengtian Mansion in Shenyang with the intention of "carrying fortune from heaven", and Shenyang was also called "Fengtian". After the Revolution of 1911, Shenyang became the capital of Feng clique warlord Zhang Zuolin. In 1929, Zhang Xueliang changed "Fengtian City" to "Shenyang City" after "Northeast Changing Flag". In 1931, after the Japanese imperialists launched the "September 18th Incident" and occupied Shenyang, they changed "Shenyang City" back to "Fengtian City". After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, "Fengtian City" was restored to "Shenyang City". On November 2, 1948, Shenyang was officially liberated.
So far, Shenyang City has jurisdiction over 9 urban areas: Heping, Shenhe, Dadong, Huanggu, Tiexi, Yuhong, Sujiatun, Dongling and Xinchengzi, as well as Xinmin, Liaozhong, Fakang, There are 4 counties (cities) in Kangping.
In addition, Shenyang has also established development zones: 1. Shenyang Tiexi New District, 2. Shenyang Hunnan New District, 3.
