Original text:
The east wind is full of worship, and the fragrant fog turns to the corridor. I was afraid that the flowers would fall asleep in the middle of the night, so I lit candles and put on red makeup.
Translation:
"The east wind is full of worship, and the fragrant fog turns to the corridor", which directly shows the spring breeze, begonia flowers, bright moon and cloisters. "East wind curling" describes the state of spring breeze. By describing the gorgeous flowers blown by the east wind, pointing out the seasons and writing the word "plate", the warmth of spring is vividly written, creating momentum for the blooming of Haitang.
It is refreshing to write that the faint fragrance of begonia permeates the dense fog. "The moon turns to the corridor", and the moon turns to the corridor, but I can't see this begonia flower, suggesting that the night is deep and people are awake. Of course, you can also read a metaphor from it: you are far away from the rivers and lakes, which is not in line with the king's favor. ?
"I'm afraid of falling asleep at night" is the key sentence of the whole poem. This sentence, with a change of pen, wrote the mentality of flower lovers. When the moonlight could no longer shine on the beauty of Haitang, the poet suddenly felt full of pity: Haitang is so beautiful, how can she bear to let her live alone in the dark?
This flower, which has accumulated a season of hard work and quietly blooms, is unexpectedly unappreciated. Is it too sad and disappointing for her? Poets who are lonely in the dead of night naturally can't sleep; Flowers are so lonely and cold that they want to sleep. How do poets spend the long night alone?
