Looking to new heights-I grew up in a famous teacher's studio

From April 2065438 to April 2009, I was fortunate enough to join Song Yuling, a famous teacher of the Ministry of Education, in the primary school Chinese studio. The first time I met Mr. Song, I was deeply impressed by her profound knowledge and extraordinary self-restraint. Her kind face and kind words really made me feel the personality charm of President Song. I have been in the studio for more than a year. While lamenting how time flies, I am happy for my harvest. Because in this excellent team, I am like a reed eager for lush grass. Under the guidance of my tutor, I bear the sunshine, understand my passion, seek wisdom and promote my growth.

First, accumulate literacy in reading.

When it comes to reading, I always think of the German poet Hesse's poem Book: There is no book in this world that will bring you happiness, but the book is quietly educating you and letting you find yourself. There are the sun, the stars, the moon ... and everything you need. Because the light you seek lives in your heart, you can see the wisdom you have been pursuing for a long time in the book, shining from all the pages-because this wisdom belongs to you now. Since joining the famous teacher studio, the biggest change I have made is reading, because the spiritual benchmark of the tutor stands in our hearts, because the outstanding colleagues in the studio are always infecting me and urging me. The instructor repeatedly stressed that having curriculum standards in mind is the prerequisite for a good class. I carefully read the Chinese curriculum standards and found relevant materials for reading and memorizing through various channels. Besides, the Chinese teacher in primary school is my tutor. There are some new educational information, new educational ideas and new teaching methods in the book. Fascinating stories, shining educational ideas and exquisite art of educating people also let me know and understand Yu Yongzheng, Li Jilin, Zhi Yuheng, Xue Fagen and other educational elites and their advanced educational ideas, learn advanced educational means from their teaching, and gradually apply them to my own teaching work. I also like Wang Songzhou's excellent teaching paper Poetic China. Whenever I try my best to impart knowledge to students, I can find the starting point of confidence again from the books I have read; Whenever I encounter knowledge that I don't understand or understand in teaching, there are always books that can solve my urgent needs; Whenever I want to make a breakthrough and innovation in teaching, it is the accumulation of reading that leads me to think creatively and find the "bright spot" of teaching. Reading enriches my thoughts and broadens my horizons. Indeed, I hope to be a thinking reed, eager to get real growth in the studio of famous teachers.

Second, look for spiritual alliance in the discussion.

Over the past year or so, the famous teacher studio has carried out many meaningful activities. Attending lectures, evaluating classes, training tutors, reading exchanges, project counseling, etc. In the activity, we learn from each other under the guidance of the tutor and make progress in reflection. Among our members, there are many backbones who teach scientific research and have rich experience in teaching scientific research, but I am still a novice, so I study with an open mind, listen carefully and think positively in every activity. I benefited a lot from the on-site observation class, and we were even more inspired by the expert's on-site comments. Listening to class evaluation activities, the collision of thinking, let us flash the spark of wisdom. What is more commendable is that here, some people are willing to share the successful experience of teaching and scientific research with you, some people are willing to listen to your troubles in the process of education, and some people are willing to face an educational problem and discuss it with you. Among them, what impressed me most was this winter vacation this year.

Since receiving the task of webcasting class on February 5, I have started my lesson preparation journey. At first, I was at a loss, desperately looking for information from the internet to piece together. The leaders of the teaching and research section and President Song organized online training for us "webcast children" in time, from selecting courses to sorting out materials, from text examples to extension, and even to the dress of the live class ... I nailed the meeting again and again, guiding the selection of materials and reviewing every detail. By watching the live lectures given by tutors and other colleagues, carefully studying their well-made courseware, listening to their pre-class introduction, intermediate language, ending remarks, their intonation and speech speed, carefully observing their facial expressions, making gestures, and studying textbooks repeatedly by themselves, I gradually got the feeling of seeing the clouds. I read the teaching reference again and again, considered it again and again, and polished it again and again. Every teaching link, every courseware and every transitional sentence has been carefully thought over and made, and finally my teaching task has been successfully completed. The seemingly short live class is more the crystallization of the collective wisdom of team members. I can't forget the group members grinding lessons with each other, and I can't forget the finishing touch of the tutor. It is a great honor that my companions and I have successfully completed the task of live class on special holidays. At the same time, through attending classes every day, we can see our own theoretical deficiencies and teaching weaknesses. Through the tempering of this live class, I have developed the habit of thinking, good at reflective learning and analytical thinking, and analyzed and reflected after teaching, adjusted and redesigned, accumulated and combed, so as to promote my improvement more effectively.

Third, apply what you have learned and make progress bit by bit.

I have been under great pressure to join this excellent team. I often ask myself: can I do it? Gradually, I turned this pressure into motivation and constantly pushed myself forward. Counseling students to participate in the "I and my motherland's city-wide youth letter culture competition", the scientific and technological innovation competition, and the national computer production activities for primary and secondary school students all won awards; Participated in Suzhou District Teachers' "Three Characters and One Word" Putonghua Special Competition and won the first prize; Individuals have also been rated as outstanding squadron counselors in Suzhou District; Thanks to the platform provided by the team, the webcast class during the holiday also won the first prize of the municipal quality class.

One person can walk very fast, but a group of people can go further. Looking back on my study in the famous teacher studio for more than one year, I have taken another small step forward on the road of professional growth. A year's hard work and a year's harvest, only you can clearly observe your own changes. This kind of change is like a bud that breaks through the ground and will continue to grow in the future. It is called a towering tree with lush foliage. This is my own goal and my own direction. Thanks to the famous teacher studio for building a growth platform for us, but also let me understand my own shortcomings. In the future education and teaching work, I will be more strict with myself, continue to carry forward my advantages, learn from my colleagues with an open mind, and learn from the outstanding colleagues in the studio, so that I can always walk on the road of growth and gradually move towards the bright side. Although the road ahead is long, I will persevere and forge ahead.
