1. First, you can try to enter the mobile phone settings-Safari, and click the option to clear the history and website data;
2. Then open the iTunes Store and App Store in the settings, click the Apple ID, and click Exit to log in;
3. Then return to the setting interface, find and click General, and drop down in the general interface to find Restore;
4. After turning on Restore, click Restore Network Settings and enter the password to restore;
5. You can try downloading the APP. If you still can't download it, you can try to reconnect to WiFi and click the I icon on the right.
6. Then select Configure DNS, select Manual, enter114.16.5438+06.5438+04.16.5438 and 8.8.8.8, and then try to download.
