Ju Ranyi listened to Teacher Wu Fengxia's lecture on "Three Ancient Poems" (random thoughts after listening to the lecture)

Tonight I listened to Teacher Wu Fengxia’s wonderful lecture on teaching ancient poetry and thinking and practice in teaching ancient poetry. It took one hour and thirty-three minutes.

1. Insights from the lecture on "Three Ancient Poems. Out of the Fortress. Liangzhou Ci. Summer Quatrains".

First of all, I feel that Teacher Wu’s class capacity is large. There are three poems taught in one class, one poem is expanded and accumulated, and four poems are collected, not including the other two poems accumulated before class. I would never dare to try such an arrangement. I have to finish the lecture in at least two classes. Teacher Wu spent one hour and two minutes, which is nearly three classes in terms of time. Of course, this is an observation class, in order to present a complete teaching method of ancient poetry. According to the regular class arrangement, the first two poems are placed in the first class, and "Summer Quatrains" is placed in the second class. At the same time, the second class allows students to summarize the similarities and differences between the three ancient poems. I noticed that Teacher Wu spent nearly fifty minutes talking about the first two poems.

? Secondly, there is a flood of praise and inspiration. Teacher Wu can say compliments freely. For example, in order to make students focus, she said: "I found that the students were very focused when they were studying." "You sit at the end, but you have been looking at the blackboard very intently. Come on, you Let’s read these two sentences. "The inspirational language is very artistic. For example, when the students only know that "Out of the Fortress" is well written and don't know what words to use to describe it, Teacher Wu guides the students to use the word "a masterpiece" to summarize it. . The word yes sounds very cultured. When the students described the scenes they saw and how the war was cruel and fierce, Teacher Wu immediately said that the students were very educated. There are several such examples. This method of evaluation and inspiration not only stimulates students' learning enthusiasm, but also teaches students to use correct and standardized language.

Again, focus on the accumulation of words. The beginning of the teaching of the multi-phonetic word "sai", on the one hand, allows students to distinguish the pronunciation, and on the other hand, uses word combinations to help understanding. When summarizing the artistic conception of the poem, Teacher Wu presented 11 words and asked students to choose the artistic conception that fits the description of the poem. This kind of design can be said to kill two birds with one stone.

After listening to Teacher Wu’s class, I have been thinking, why is it so easy for the students to learn and the teacher to teach in this huge class? Didn't feel rushed. After listening to Teacher Wu’s lecture, I realized that Teacher Wu mainly grasped two issues to teach design. Use a big question: What do the three poems have in common? Another quick question: What are the differences between the three poems? Guide students to understand and recite ancient poems step by step around these two questions.

2. Thoughts and practice on teaching ancient poetry.

? In the lecture of more than 30 minutes, Teacher Wu mainly talked about several issues such as why we should learn ancient poetry, the requirements and current situation of teaching ancient poetry, the reasons for this current situation, and how to teach ancient poetry. . Focus on sharing how to teach ancient poetry:

(1) Accurately understand the content of the poem, and understand the images and allusions in the poem.

(2) Let students guess the meaning of the words.

(3) Understand the emotions contained in poetry.

① Poems should be read in a cultural context.

②Understand the author’s life.

③ Understand the creative background of poetry.

(4) Teaching in a composite space.

(5) Experience in contradictions and conflicts.

? In short, I have gained a lot tonight, and I have a new understanding of the teaching of ancient poetry. It was a joy to study for more than an hour.
