This collection of poems contains 126 poems translated by the famous translator Mr. Li Wenjun over the years, involving 65 poets, mainly from English-speaking countries such as Britain, the United States, Canada and Australia, and a small number of poets from Spain, Israel, Nigeria and other countries. There are many hall-level figures in the history of literature, such as Browning, Hardy, Wilde, Faulkner, Nie Luda, Waller Soyinka and so on. And poets who left a deep impression on modern poetry, such as Pound, Elizabeth Bishop, ted hughes and Sylvia Plath, and poets who made bold and experimental explorations on the text form of poetry, such as E.E. Cummings, Lionel Gaines and folk rock star leonard cohen. [ 1]

This book collects 128 poems translated by translator Li Wenjun in different periods, involving 65 poets, who are not only from major English-speaking countries such as Britain, the United States, Canada and Australia, but also from Spain, Israel and Nigeria. Not only Thomas Hardy, Browning, Wilde and Faulkner are famous names in the literary history, but also writers such as william carlos williams, Wallace Stevens, Elizabeth Bishop, Sylvia Plath and ted hughes who have left a deep impression on modern poetry, as well as people such as Margaret Atwood and Hawa Pijas-Cohen who have attracted much attention in today's literary world, and even the works of leonard cohen, a famous folk rock singer, are excellent reading materials for understanding modern English poetry.
