What does square inch mean?

"Konghou Ballad" is an old title of the ancient Yuefu, and Li Bai borrowed the old title to compose this poem. Today's Pei Fei thinks he doesn't know when this poem was written. However, the Compilation and Commentary of Li Bai's Complete Works edited by Zhan Yong dates this poem to the second year of Zhide (757), when it was written by Li Bai in Xunyang Prison.
