Journey to Jiuquan

A few days ago, Mr. Guo said in the group that he would take us to Jiuquan Middle School to visit Mr. Huo Jun. We were all very excited to hear the news. Because this should be the first time we have met a famous Chinese teacher, and it is also the first time we have gone to the real northwest.

? Accompanied by laughter, the bullet train to Jiuquan set off. After a while, we saw houses and hills covered with snow, which was very different from the melting snow on the ground. As soon as we passed Xining Station, the teacher reminded us not to miss the beautiful scenery of Qilian Mountain. Indeed, the white snowy mountains did not disappoint. It not only has the tenderness of "snow and fog can't cover it", but also has the magnificence of "the peak is high in the sky" in Mr. Guo's circle of friends. I like it very much: "In the winter of 65438+February, the drought and poverty in Gansu were covered by heavy snow, leaving only white glory and wonders." In this way, in surprise and admiration, we crossed the endless Qinghai grassland, journey to the south, and finally arrived in Jiuquan.

? Our first stop is Jiuquan Park. The tour guides are Mr Huo Jun and Mr Ma Shaojun. While waiting for several other students, Mr. Huo Jun said that he had to take a cold bath every morning to improve his immunity, which has been persisted for many years. We all admired it, and I thought, "If you are really knowledgeable, you must be extremely self-disciplined." In this way, Mr. Guo and several classmates also arrived, and we began to really walk into Jiuquan Park in the Western Han Dynasty. Although everyone was shivering with cold, they were all interested. Before that, my impression of Jiuquan stayed in aerospace and satellite launch base.

"There is a spring under the city, and its water is like wine." After listening to Mr. Huo's explanation, I suddenly realized, ah, it turns out that Jiuquan is actually related to historical figures such as Huo Qubing and Zuo. Every time we passed a place, Mr. Huo Jun patiently introduced its origin to us. Things far away from us suddenly became clear. Seeing the clear water in Jiuquan and the magnificent stone carvings in Huo Qubing, we bypassed Zuo Gong Liu and came to Hu Quan Lake. Because of the heavy snow a few days ago, the lake was covered with a thick white quilt, which made us "obedient dolls" want to take a step.

Then, we listened to Mr. Huo Jun's interpretation of Zuo's poems, which was really a vivid Chinese extracurricular class. I don't know when I found an uncle following our footsteps, listening carefully and smiling. When he was leaving the park, he greeted us and said, "After listening to the experts, many scenery became interesting." Yes, thanks to Mr. Huo Jun, a competent "tour guide".

The next day, according to the plan, we will go to Jiuquan Middle School for a day of teaching and research activities. At eight o'clock in the morning, we arrived at our destination, and I was immediately attracted by the archway at the school gate, which is more like the entrance to a scenic spot. Without time to watch carefully, we followed Mr. Huo Jun's footsteps to his studio-Jiuquan Chinese Commune. Mr. Huo's calligraphy manuscripts are neatly stacked on the ground, and the shelves are full of books. On the desk are students' compositions that have not been corrected in time. Ah, there are "cultural relics" he picked up on the windowsill when he rebuilt the campus.

? After visiting Jiuquan Language Commune, we went to Yu Xiang Building to prepare a lecture. First, Wang Jun's annotation-oriented Young Beauty, Huo Jun's in-depth Chinese class A, Bao Chan, Zhao Guoxing's intensive reading of Autumn in the Old Capital, and finally Ma Shaojun's humorous and meaningful Return to the Garden. The four of them have different styles, but they all take the text as the starting point and bring us endless visual and auditory feasts.

At noon, we came to the student canteen in wine. The enthusiastic host prepared a large plate of chicken for us. Everyone sat together and talked about everything, which was very harmonious. What impressed me most was that Mr. Huo told me that when he was in Hangzhou, he lied to visit distant relatives in order to find Feng Zikai's former residence. He finally arrived by car for a long time. Although the journey was difficult, he was satisfied. Teacher Guo also mentioned his early experience in finding Ye Shengtao's former residence. After listening, I felt a lot in my heart. There is always an impulse to get rid of all difficulties for what you like and want to do. If so, I think our trip to Jiuquan is not because of Mr. Guo's insistence on Chinese education.

After dinner, we went to the orchard next to the canteen. The snow here is very quiet. Look carefully, there are still small fruits hanging on this tree. This is a veritable frozen pear! Meng Jie, Xiao Qi and I rushed up excitedly, leaving deep and shallow footprints in the thick snow. Then I looked up and found that the sun was shining on the branches and tall poplars, which made people unable to open their eyes. So in the orchard, under the poplar trees, our laughter was recorded. Looking at the poplars drilled in the sky next to the orchard, I remembered the blackboard writing when Teacher Guo corrected a classmate's class "Praise of Poplar" and said that her painting was not real poplars. Today, when I came to Jiuquan, I saw the real northwest poplar, which is really different from the poplar in our hometown of Henan. I think I will remember this experience when I reread and re-teach this course in the future.

? At 2: 30 in the afternoon, Mr. He Bojun, an old classmate of Mr. Guo, came from Jiayuguan to visit the campus and evaluate classes with us. Teacher Wang Yongxian led our party to visit the school history museum in 1999, and then his heart language cabin. He said that every week, readers are recruited here to study together, and they are all gathered together because of their love for knowledge.

Then we followed Mr. Wang to visit the campus buildings such as Jade Emperor Pavilion, Guandi Temple and Wang Yao Pavilion, and listened to his detailed introduction. Entering Guandi Temple, books such as Shan Hai Jing, Tao Te Ching and The Analects of Confucius are neatly placed on the desk, which really looks like an ancient academy. Teacher Huo also said that most of the ancient learning palaces were "learning from the front hall and learning from the back hall", and the wine set was built according to this concept ... On the way to visit, we saw pine nuts densely knotted on the pine trees. Teacher Wang Yongxian said that pine nuts are everywhere in the autumn campus, and the fruit in the orchard is particularly sweet. Morning glory and winter jasmine set off the green trees and red walls, which have a unique charm. This group of us are also looking forward to meeting again in wine when spring is blooming.

After the visit, we came to the conference room and began to evaluate the class. The four teachers who gave lectures in the morning briefly talked about it first, and then Mr. Guo and several wine teachers commented on the morning class. Lu Jihai, Li Xueshan, Zhang Zhiqiang, and Cui Qiang's comments on classes are brilliant, all of which are full of fun. Some of them are based on the evaluation of "people" and then make a pertinent analysis of "class", and some of them are adjusted from "five haves" to distinct layers, with different evaluation styles, but all of them are well-founded and brilliant. I also took notes and prepared a review draft during the class, but it was dwarfed by all the teachers. I think there must be rich cultural accumulation and great enthusiasm for education in China behind this quip. Finally, Mr. He Bojun told two stories that led children to call him uncle and grandfather respectively, which made people laugh, and then turned the topic back to class evaluation, which made us feel the humor and wisdom of novelists.

? After a whole day's trip, we followed Teacher Guo and He Laoshi to enjoy the Jiuquan Drum Tower at night, which looked quaint and dignified against the light. In this way, we ended our wine tour.

However, this trip is not over yet. Now that I'm in the northwest, Jiayuguan is definitely a must-see. Under the leadership of He Laoshi, we set out from Jiuquan and arrived at Jiayuguan, the first pass in the world.

Climbing to the top of the tower, we lamented the wisdom of the ancient working people and enjoyed the magnificent scenery covered with snow. Although accompanied by severe cold, this scene is unique in spring, summer and autumn. He Laoshi also told us the story of bricklaying. At the end of the building, there was only one brick left, so the designer put it on the tower. Some people say that it is used to maintain the firmness of the tower, and some legends are used to commemorate and praise the great wisdom of the working people.

Then we passed the gate behind the gatehouse, which seemed to be a step closer to the Qilian Mountain Snow Mountain in the distance. If you want to mention Jiayuguan again in the future, it will no longer be just a distant place in geography books, and it will no longer be synonymous with bitterness and coldness such as "the spring breeze is not enough to cross Yumenguan" and "people who go to the West for no reason" in frontier fortress poems, but a wonderful and meaningful experience.

At this point, our three-day study tour officially came to an end. The words are short and affectionate, but the inner thoughts can't be fully displayed in the words. In a word, this study tour has made me gain a lot both academically and ideologically. I hope I can always keep my original heart and be an interesting and careful China person like Mr. Guo Zhifeng and Mr. Huo Jun.
