Sang Hengchang, male, a famous poet in mainland China, was born in Wucheng, Dezhou City, Shandong Province in 1941. After graduating from high school in 1961, he was recommended to the Military Academy for further study. In 1963, he published his debut novel "Happy Moments", which won the second prize in the Army Art Performance. After retiring, he successively served as poetry editor of "Shandong Literature" and president and editor-in-chief of "Yellow River Poetry Newspaper".
