Biang biang noodles are also my favorite pasta. I often eat in Xi 'an Lamian Noodles downstairs of my house. When I first went to eat, I really didn't know how to pronounce those two words. The best noodle recommended by the boss is Biángbiáng noodle. This is the first time I have seen this word. I didn't remember the name of this noodle at that time. The second time I went to eat, I pointed to those two words and told my boss a bowl of noodles. The boss read it again, and I remembered the pronunciation of this word.
Biángbiáng faces are generous and energetic. There are many ingredients in this bowl of noodles, including carrots, cauliflower, black fungus, onions, vegetables and tofu. Mix noodles and soup with soy sauce, vinegar, pepper and monosodium glutamate, and then pour hot oil. It is really delicious.
Xi An Lamian Noodles's spicy noodles are also my favorite. Like Biángbiáng noodles, the noodles inside are generous and energetic. Sprinkle oil and spicy seed oil on the surface, and it will make people drool before it is served.
On the wall of this store in Lamian Noodles, Xi 'an, there are introductions about the eight monsters in Shaanxi, one of which is Biángbiáng noodles, which are said to be as wide as belts. You can learn something while eating noodles. Since I ate Biángbiáng noodles downstairs, I feel that the gap is really too big to eat other noodles. If there is an opportunity, I will go to Shanxi to eat authentic biang biáng noodles and try our Biángbiáng noodles. We don't eat spicy food here, so it is estimated that Shanxi noodles may be a little spicy.
Xi 'an Lamian Noodles's Chinese hamburger is also delicious. The braised pork is crispy outside and fragrant inside, but tender inside. You can eat a portion of oil-sprinkled noodles and a Chinese hamburger below each time. It is really delicious.
