Which dynasty did Guo Maoqian come from?

Guo Maoqian was from the Northern Song Dynasty.

Guo Maoqian was born in Yunzhou Program (now Dongping, Shandong). Laizhou was sentenced to be the grandson of the state power and the son of Dr. Guo Yuanming.

Born in the Guo family in Taiyuan. Influenced by poetic rites since childhood, he is familiar with temperament, good at seal cutting and brilliant, and has a strong interest in poetry. He is famous for compiling hundreds of Yuefu poems, which has attracted the attention of academic circles. Mulan poems and peacocks flying southeast in the book are called "Yuefu Shuangbi" by later generations. Fu Yuan died in the Northern Song Dynasty at the age of 59.

Guo Maoqian's Works and Their Influence

Guo Maoqian compiled 100 volume of Yuefu poems, which not only provided us with rich Yuefu poems, but also was an important work to study Yuefu poems. It can be said that scholars who have studied Yuefu since the Song Dynasty have gone beyond their scope.
