On the way, I learned that this seminar was given by Jeff, Cheng Xiang and Han Jun, three famous people in the field of Chinese today. I expect it to cause a sensation. The first two only heard his name and didn't know him; The latter Korean army is somewhat impressed. I remember more than ten years ago, I had the honor to listen to his lectures. The content of that class is a little vague, but Mr. Han Jun's passionate recitation still echoes in my ears. What wonderful things will these languages bring this time? It is really exciting!
? The two-day seminar was intense and substantial. The whole venue was packed. We not only observed the rich teaching classes brought by the front-line teachers, but also learned the unique demonstration classes immersed in the profound Chinese, and also listened to everyone's unique opinions on Chinese teaching. It can be said that every sentence is a classic, and every sentence has been repeatedly thought for a long time.
? Han Jun: Reading comes from sincerity.
? Teacher Han Jun's style is no less than that of that year. An article entitled "Hometown" euphemistically evokes the word "expectation": expecting the moon, hometown, earth and future ... People, things and feelings written by Lu Xun come to us. Teacher Han said: "I have read an article" Hometown "for 40 days." I can't help sweating and feeling ashamed at the thought of preparation before class.
What really touched me was his admiration for "true reading". Teacher Han Jun believes that text reading by copying teaching reference materials and listening to other people's suggestions is pseudo-reading, and only when teachers go deep into the text and think independently is real reading. Only when teachers show courage, cast true feelings and interpret things can they have the power to impress people. His analysis of Zhu Ziqing's Back is particularly skillful. For a long time, the question why the back has the power to move has been bothering me. I think every father treats his children like this, which is a kind of responsibility, and I don't feel moved. Teacher Han Jun combined several words in the article and made an in-depth analysis, which showed us the "life" and "death" behind fatherly love and immediately answered my doubts for many years. Behind this paternal love, there is a life and death experience: at the beginning of the article, my grandmother died, and at the end, my father said that he was "not far from the big death." Yes, the lives of the closest relatives will disappear with the passage of time. Understand this, and then look at the back of my father's struggle to buy oranges. Who can not shed tears?
Teacher Han Jun's delicate interpretation of the text and sincere concern for life experience endowed him with a sense of fatherly love, weight and even ritual. This attitude of seeking truth from facts is worth learning from every Chinese teacher. Respect for text, respect for life and respect for experience are the attitudes of reading and life.
? Jeff: Exquisiteness comes from carefulness.
Teacher Jeff is the initiator of Exquisite Chinese. His class is full of care and love. This makes his class more in-depth, innovative and inclusive. "Yu Gong Yi Shan", he guides students to imagine the characters' behavior and makes the characters come alive in the students' hearts; In the outline of "Taking Life with Wisdom", he bounced back to the pipa, inspiring students to think about Wu Yong's "unwise" and enriching the text in their hearts. Students have different views on this problem. He is persuasive and guided by the situation, making students' thinking sparks splash, collide and burn. Although there were only two short classes, I was deeply impressed by the charm of Jeff's class. Doesn't his concern and attention stem from his love for Chinese and his concern for students? In the subsequent lecture, he made a thorough and detailed analysis of eight misunderstandings in reading teaching, which made our front-line teachers feel awake. Think about my own classroom, is the teacher talking in one word, is it a broken question and answer, is it a single form, is it superficial ... I reflect on myself, more or less, and some are still going on. Shame!
Cheng Xiang: Profession comes from concentration.
Teacher Cheng Xiang is talking about Jia Jian. There is no ppt, no textbook, only a thin piece of paper with "Jiajian" printed on it. However, in this class, we saw Mr. Cheng Xiang's profound academic foundation, superb guiding skills and ingenious deep inspiration. Through this class, students are not satisfied with the hazy beauty of the novel, and they are full of fun in the interpretation of "Iraqi people" and interested in the book of songs. Yes, this is what a Chinese class should look like! I can't help admiring myself off stage. Why can Mr. Cheng Xiang explain things simply and clearly, and lift weights easily? His lecture gave me the answer. This is a lecture on the study of The Book of Songs, which is both professional and in-depth, and gives us insight into the academic attitude of experts. In the above, Mr. Cheng Xiang quoted classics and talked with Kan Kan, making clear the evolution of The Book of Songs, why he should return to the study of Confucian classics, and the combination of poetics and Confucian classics. This professionalism comes from the diligent pursuit of knowledge and meticulous. Maybe our knowledge can't reach that height, but we should have this kind of attitude in teaching. Seriously preparing lessons, paying attention to lectures, patiently tutoring, delving into your own business and doing your job well will not be responsible for being a teacher.
? Mr. Cheng Wei of our school also lived up to expectations in the lesson "Market in the Sky" and was affirmed by the on-site teachers. Before I arrived in Wuhan, I witnessed with my own eyes how she pursued perfection for this class. Today, at the scene, I watched her ramble and explain on the podium, guiding the children to explore in the artistic world of poetry, and I felt admiration for her. Colleagues are striving for innovation and progress on the road of teaching, but what about myself? After coming back from Wuhan, I threw myself into the busy teaching. On my desk is Fabres's Cicada. This is an explanatory article. How boring it will be if we explain the object and its characteristics, order, method and language in a traditional way! Can I still make my class more energetic and exciting? Starting from "real reading", read the text through three times, grasp a key sentence and two keywords, and take this as a starting point, you can grasp the content and emotion of the whole article. In class, I am no longer full of indoctrination, immersed in self-expression, but cleverly inspired, set the scene, let students play their imagination, speak boldly, express the voice of cicada, and feel the happiness and hardship of cicada. In this class, I relaxed, the students were happy, and the learning content was completed as scheduled.
Life is a practice, meeting all kinds of people and learning a lot. Buddhists talk about fate. This trip to Wuhan is a bond between me and China people and everyone. This fate, let me see everyone's elegant demeanor, updated my understanding of Chinese and my career. I should not only be satisfied as a teacher, but also spy on the charm of Chinese teaching and explore my own Chinese teaching characteristics. May my fate with China people be more lasting and fragrant.
