Idioms in Qin Feng's No Clothes

Most people who have served in the army know the idiom "comrade-in-arms friendship", which refers to the deep feelings established between comrades in combat life. This idiom comes from the poem "Qin Feng has no clothes" in the Book of Songs:

How can you say that you have no clothes and you have the same robe as your son? Wang Yu started his army, repaired my spear, and shared his hatred with his son.

How can you say that you have nothing to wear? You are just like your son. Wang Yu started his army, repaired my spear and halberd and worked with his son.

How can you say that you have no clothes and wear the same clothes as your son? Wang Yu started the division, trained our soldiers and walked with his son.

This is a famous patriotic poem in The Book of Songs. At that time, Qin was often invaded by foreign countries. After the death of King Wu, the Three Supervisors and Wu Geng rebelled, so the Duke of Zhou personally led the army to take charge of Cai, Shang and Xuan. The people who were brutally poisoned by the Yin and Zhou Dynasties had high hopes for the newly established Western Zhou Dynasty, and therefore actively participated in this counterinsurgency war to defend the motherland. Three years later, the soldiers returned triumphantly and sang the following song:

In the fierce conquest, the elliptical polarization broke and our square axis was cut off. The duke of Zhou, surrounded by the emperor, marched eastward. Poor us, in the next war, we are also very lucky to have an eye! ……
