Tang Dynasty: Bai Juyi
Jiangnan is good, and the scenery was once familiar. When spring comes, the sun rises from the surface of the river, and the flowers on the river are brighter than red, the green river green more than blue grass. How can we call people not miss the south of the Yangtze river?
Jiang Nanyi, I remember Hangzhou most. Looking for laurels in the mountain temple in the middle of the month, watching the tide on the pillow of the county pavilion. When will you visit again?
Jiang Nanyi, followed by Wu Palace. Wu JIU has a cup of spring bamboo leaves, and Wu Wa dances and gets drunk with hibiscus. Meet again sooner or later!
Translation:
How beautiful the scenery in the south of the Yangtze River is, the picturesque scenery has long been familiar. When spring comes, the sun rises from the river, making the flowers on the river brighter than red, and the green river is greener than the blue grass. How can people not miss Jiangnan?
The memory of the south of the Yangtze River most evokes the memory of Hangzhou, which is like heaven: visiting Lingyin Temple to find laurel seeds in the bright moon, boarding the county pavilion, resting on it, and enjoying the rising and falling tide of Qiantang River. When can I go to play again?
The memory of Jiangnan is to recall the Wu Palace in Suzhou, have a drink of the fine wine and spring bamboo leaves in the Wu Palace, and have a look at the dancers in the Wu Palace dancing like charming hibiscus. I don't know when we will meet again.
