Mother/over there. Mother/heart.

Third, analyze and interpret the text.
1. Homesickness is originally a very abstract emotion, but poetry should pay attention to images. How does this poem make the abstract homesickness clear? The poet projected his homesickness on four tangible objects, such as stamps, boat tickets, graves and straits, and adopted a common skill in Japanese poetry creation: expressing feelings on things with expressions. -
2. What are the characteristics of adjectives and quantifiers that modify and restrict these four objects? What characteristics do they highlight with these four things? What is the expression effect in the poem?
Obviously, the four mathematical quantifiers "piece", "piece", "square" and "bay" and the four adjectives "small", "narrow", "short" and "shallow" all condense homesickness into four small and light objects in a seemingly understated way, which just reflects the poet's strong homesickness.
Obviously, this poem organizes the whole class with the change and passage of time. The poem consists of four sections, corresponding to four life stages: childhood-growth-later-now. The poet found the counterpart that can best express homesickness for these four stages of life: childhood stamps-tickets for growing up-later graves-now straits. So, what kind of homesickness did they express respectively?
Clear: when I was a child, mother and son separated their thoughts about their mother, and when they grew up, husband and wife separated their thoughts about their wives; Later, the mother and son died and missed each other. Now wanderers are separated from the mainland and miss their homeland. These four verses are advanced layer by layer, from personal thoughts of hometown to universal thoughts of home and country.

Songs in my hometown/yes branches/flutes in Qingyuan
It always rings on a moonlit night.
The face of hometown/is a kind of/vague disappointment.
As if/in the fog/waving goodbye
After separation
Nostalgia/Is it a tree/No rings?
Never/grow old
Third, analyze and interpret the text.
1. What factory images are used in the poem to express abstract homesickness?
Sunny: The flute on a moonlit night, the parting wave in the fog and the tree without rings are three images to express homesickness.
2. What kind of atmosphere is created by the description of the flute in my hometown in the first section, which is full of the poet's feelings?
Clarity: create a slow and melancholy atmosphere, point out the feeling of hometown life in the poet's heart, and "full moon homesickness" expresses the hometown complex.
The second section describes the face of hometown, and the poet even uses two metaphors of reality and reality meeting. Excuse me, which metaphor is false and which is real? How do they fit together? How is the expression effect?
Clarity: the face of my hometown-a vague fear-is swaying in the fog.
(Virtual) (Virtual) (Real)
At first, the poet used emptiness to describe emptiness, compared the face of his hometown to a vague sadness, and participated in synaesthesia to write the melancholy mood of the poet after he left his hometown. Then, the poet compared the "face" and "melancholy" mood of his hometown to "waving goodbye in the fog", which was a very vivid scene and highlighted his reluctance to leave his hometown. The metaphor is unique and novel, with rich meanings.
4. What are the characteristics of the metaphor in the third section? How is the expression effect?
Clear: This is a creative metaphor. In fact, trees without rings will not get old. The poet takes this impossible thing as a metaphor, just to show that homesickness always haunts him and himself. This is the technique of "unreasonable sentimentality" in poetry art. Fully expressed his homesickness.
