The first great poet of the Tang Dynasty was born in Chen Nan. He is one of the twenty-four outstanding artists in Lingyange and one of the four masters of calligraphy in the early Tang Dynasty. Writing poems is one of his sideline businesses. He also has a famous traitor brother, who is also a famous loyal minister, leaving a famous example of "brother infidelity" in history. This poet is Yu Shinan. His life went through three periods: Chen Nan, Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty. He is strong-willed, outspoken, and able to go to Lingyange, which shows his position in the early Tang Dynasty. Emperor Taizong praised him for his five unique skills of "morality, loyalty, erudition, literature and prose", which brought him great honor, not to mention the previous ones. Tang Taizong likes to learn Yu Shinan's calligraphy when he is free. On one occasion, Emperor Taizong practiced calligraphy, wrote a poem "Yan" and wrote half a story in Shinan. After chatting for a while, Emperor Taizong asked Yu Shinan to fill in half of the word "ge", and then the emperor happily showed off the word to Wei Zhi: "I have been writing recently. What do you think of the practice of this word? " Wei Zhi said: "Ge is on the right, which is the essence of the south of the city." Emperor Taizong just laughed. Yu Shinan's calligraphy attainments are high. He also wrote China's first complete book "Bei Tang Shu Chao", with as many as 160 volumes. His representative poem is "Cicada", which reads: "If you drink it, it will be clear, and if you drink it, it will be clear. It's not the autumn wind that makes you afraid to speak loudly. "
Generally speaking, poets in the early Tang Dynasty should start from the "four outstanding poets in the early Tang Dynasty", but Wang Bo, who started from the "four outstanding poets in the early Tang Dynasty", and another ancestor in the family are already poets, and that is Wang Ji. He was born in the Sui Dynasty. When he 15 years old, he went to Su Yang and won the title of "child prodigy". During the transition of Sui and Tang Dynasties, he entered the official position three times and retired three times. He wants to enter the official career, but he is always unhappy. He made a depressed method and chose to drink. During the reign of Tang Gaozu, the imperial court recruited officials of the former dynasty, and Wang Ji was called out. According to the court practice, officials in Xiamen province drink three liters of wine every day. Wang Ji said to others: "I am waiting for a letter now. My official position is not high and my salary is low. Those three liters of wine make people linger." Hearing this, their boss smiled and mentioned his daily wine. At that time, people called him a "Bachelor of Wine Fighting". He heard that an official in Taylor's department was good at making wine and had a lot of good wine, so he applied for it many times and went to that official's office to be an official. After enjoying good wine for a while, the person who made it died. Ji Wang felt that the wine behind was not good, so he simply resigned and went home. He also wrote a book about wine and collected the methods of making good wine. One of his most famous poems is Wild Hope, which contains eight sentences: "Looking at Gaodong at dusk, why do you want to migrate?" Trees are all autumn colors, and mountains are only sparkling. The shepherd brought the calf back, hunted horses and brought birds back. Not knowing each other, Long song was pregnant with Wei. "Described many rural leisurely and quiet scenery.
There is also a great poet named Wang, whose poems were not included in the whole Tang poetry simply because his poems were basically written in vernacular Chinese. The name is Wang Fanzhi. He came from a rich family, caught up with the turmoil at the end of Sui Dynasty, and his family came down. The natural disasters in the early Tang Dynasty directly bankrupt him, and he had to work for others. More unfortunately, his children are unfilial, and when they are old, they have almost no food and clothing, so they can only beg for a living. Because his poems did not enter the sight of scholars and there were not enough records, they were actually lost after the Tang Dynasty. His poems are mainly based on reasoning, but the vernacular and artistic level are slightly poor, such as "steamed bread outside the city, grass plug in the city." Everyone eats one, so it is tasteless. Another example is "there is no one in the world for a hundred years, which is a Millennium tune." "While the iron is hot, ghosts will clap their hands and laugh." And "others ride big horses, and I ride donkeys alone." Looking back at Dai Chaihan, he taught writing from the heart, and another one is quite in line with the modern policy: "Don't have too many children, just do things well."
