The Basic Clues of China Ancient Literature

China ancient literature was taught by stages according to the development process of literature and historical dynasties. There are "three ancient periods" in literature and nine historical dynasties. The key points of knowledge in each stage are as follows:

1. Pre-Qin literature: ancient myths, pre-Qin narrative prose such as The Book of Songs, Songs of Chu and Zuo Zhuan, and pre-Qin reasoning prose such as Mencius and Zhuangzi.

Literature of Sui and Tang Dynasties: four famous poets in the early Tang Dynasty, Zhang, poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, poets in the late Tang Dynasty such as Li Bai, Du Fu, Poetry School, Poetry School, Du Mu, Li Shangyin, ancient prose movement, Tang Legend, Huajian School and Southern Tang School.

5. 7. Literature of the Ming Dynasty: Four great books of the Ming Dynasty (Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Water Margin, Journey to the West, Jin Ping Mei), three words and two beats, Tang Xianzu, Linchuan Four Dreams, and poems of the Ming Dynasty.

8. Literature of Qing Dynasty: Strange Tales from a Lonely Studio, Scholars, Dream of Red Mansions, Peach Blossom Fan, Palace of Eternal Life, Poems in Early Qing Dynasty and Poems in Middle Qing Dynasty.

9. Modern literature: Gong Zizhen and early modern poetry, Huang Zunxian and Liang Qichao and late modern poetry, early modern novel creation, four condemnation novels and late modern novel creation.
