What's the difference between the sacrificial poems in Jiuge and The Book of Songs?

Nine Songs is a set of poems written by Qu Yuan on the basis of folk sacrificial songs in Chu. Because it comes from Chu folk, it has distinct folk literature characteristics and regional characteristics: the content emphasizes "entertaining the gods", the imagination is strange, the form is relatively free, the words are ups and downs, and the modal particle "xi" is used more.

The sacrificial poems in The Book of Songs are mainly about the temples in the suburbs. Because they are mainly used by the royal family or princes to worship their ancestors, they emphasize "respecting god" in content, require seriousness in form, and pile up more decorated words.
