Dadu River is the largest tributary of Minjiang River in China. Dadu River Basin is a high-risk area of geological disasters in China, and 2,212 hidden danger points of geological disasters were found, mainly landslides and mudslides. Dadu River is rich in hydraulic theory, which can be developed and installed with 23.368 million kilowatts. In May 1935, on the way to the Long March of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army, it once crossed the Anshunchang Ferry in Shimian County and seized the Luding Bridge across the Dadu River in the west of Luding County. There are abundant tourist resources in the basin, and the famous Emei Mountain, Gongga Mountain, Hailuogou and Jinkou Grand Canyon all have unique tourist landscapes.
