What is your intuitive feeling after reading the poem Rain Lane?

Rain Lane is Dai Wangshu's early masterpiece, which earned him the nickname "Rain Lane Poet". This poem was written in the summer of 1927. At that time, the whole country was in a state of white terror. Because Dai Wangshu had participated in progressive activities, he had to take refuge in a friend's house in Songjiang and chew the disillusionment and pain after the failure of the Great Revolution in loneliness. My heart is always full of confused emotions and hazy hopes. The poem "Rain Lane" is the expression of his state of mind, interwoven with the dual emotions of disappointment and hope, disillusionment and pursuit. This feeling was common at that time. "Rain Lane" uses symbolic lyric techniques. The narrow and gloomy rain lane in the poem, the lonely traveler wandering in the rain lane, and the girl sad as cloves are all symbolic images, which contrast the dark society at that time, the people who failed in the revolution and the vague and sometimes hopeless hope respectively. These images constitute a symbolic artistic conception, which implicitly implies the author's confusion, sadness and expectation, giving people a vague and profound aesthetic feeling. Musicality is another outstanding artistic feature of Rain Lane. Repeated stacking and overlapping are used in the poem. It creates a melodious rhythm and a pleasant sense of music. Therefore, Mr. Ye Shengtao praised this poem for opening a "new era appreciation" for the syllables of China's new poems: let's take a look at the contents of this poem first. The poem "Rain Lane" has a strong sense of music. It is easy for us to feel its slow, deep and beautiful melody and rhythm, and it is also easy to feel the feelings it expresses ── sadness, sadness and sadness. It is the rainy season, the sky is gloomy and the rain keeps falling. There is no one in the alley, only the poet walks in the long and lonely rain lane with an oil-paper umbrella, and the poet walks alone in the rain lane; However, his vacillating gait clearly reveals his inner loneliness and pain. Alleys, drizzle, a lonely poet with an oil-paper umbrella and his vacillating gait-these are the shots shown to us in the first few words of this poem. After the above lens, a poet's inner monologue appeared in the poem: I hope to meet a girl as sad as lilac. This "lilac girl" is not a real person in the real world, but a poet's fantasy. The poem goes on to say: she is the same color, the same fragrance and the same sadness as lilac. Lilacs bloom in mid-spring, and the color is white or purple, giving people a feeling of weakness, beauty, purity and solemnity. Lilacs are beautiful but easy to fade. Ancient poets in China often used lilacs to hurt spring, saying that lilacs are the cause of sadness. There are many famous sentences reciting lilacs in China's ancient poems, such as: "Lilacs are weak, branches are still falling" Bananas don't show lilacs, and the spring breeze is sad in the same direction "; And so on. Due to the repeated chanting and widespread singing of ancient poets in China, lilacs have gradually become a symbol of something with this attribute in the hearts of China people (especially literati). The "girl" in Rain Lane is a female image endowed by the ancient poets in China with the above attributes-she has both the graceful posture and color of lilacs and the nobleness of lilacs. It also has the characteristics of sadness and sadness of lilac (given by ancient poets). Once created by the poet's imagination, such a "girl" seems to have her own life. In the poem, she also moves like a real person: she wanders in this lonely rain lane, holding an oil-paper umbrella like me and walking silently like me. Since the "Lilac Girl" appeared, there have been two people walking in it; Moreover, the girl's gait, expression and even the oil-paper umbrella in her hand are the same as those of a poet. The appearance of such a person obviously filled the poet's heart with expectation and hope. In the "long and lonely rain lane", there are now two lonely young men and women in the activities. So, what happens next? This is what we want to know, and it is exactly what the poet wanted to know at that time. The poem goes on: She silently approached and cast a sighing look. She wanders like a dream, and is as sad and confused as a dream. She finally approached the poet, (we can imagine the poet's heartbeat at the moment), but she didn't say hello to the poet, just threw a sigh at him. (We shout in our hearts: Why is this so? When she drifted past the poet, the poet saw that her expression was sad and confused. This expression clearly reveals that she is actually unwilling to part with the poet. But for some (unclear) reasons, she had to miss the poet! As the saying goes: life is a rare confidant! What a pity that these two young men and women (even with the same expression and gait) accidentally missed each other in the rainy lane! How sad it is for the poet to miss a possible beautiful marriage like this. In the emotional state of being reluctant to go, the poet watched the "Lilac Girl" drifting away in the rain lane: like a lilac field drifting in a dream, this girl drifted by me; She walked silently, far away, to the broken wall and through the rainy path. When she passed a broken fence, it was a concrete symbol of the disillusionment of the poet's desire to get together with Lilac Girl, and Lilac Girl finally disappeared into the rain lane. He is still feeling the dim light left by "Lilac Girl" in the rain lane and the color fragrance in the cold air. He is saddened by the continuous dissipation of this color fragrance: in the elegy of the rain, her color disappears, her fragrance dissipates, and even her sighing eyes are lilac-like. (We can imagine:) The poet stood alone in the rainy lane. For a long time, I recalled the color, fragrance and even her sighing and melancholy eyes when I met "Lilac Girl". But the cruel reality can't tolerate beautiful love or ideals. At the end of the poem, we see that in the "long and lonely rain lane", only the poet is wandering alone: walking alone in the long and lonely rain with an oil-paper umbrella. Hope floats over a girl with a lilac knot. At the end of the poem, the poet seems to repeat the scene that appeared at the beginning of the poem. The first paragraph is almost the same as the second paragraph, except that "(I hope) meet" is changed to "(I hope) float". On the one hand, this change shows that the poet has not completely given up hope, but on the other hand, it also makes people feel that the poet's hope is getting more and more slim. We can't help but feel that the feelings of irretrievable depression, sadness, helplessness and melancholy in the poem have deepened. ”。 The poet created a girl with a lilac knot in the rain lane. Although it is inspired by some works in ancient poetry, it uses lilac knots, the buds of lilacs, to symbolize people's worries. This is the traditional expression of China's ancient poems. For example, there is a sentence in Li Shangyin's poem "Giving alms on behalf of others" that "bananas don't show lilac knots, but they are worried about the spring breeze in the same direction". In the Southern Tang Dynasty, Li Jing even put lilac knots with me in the rain. He has a poem "Huanxisha": Hand-rolled pearls and jade hooks lock the heavy building and take photos of the previous spring grievances. Who is the master of falling in the wind? Think long term! The bluebird doesn't spread the news beyond the clouds, and the lilacs in the air are sad in the rain. Looking back, the lilac knot in the rain was used as a symbol of people's sadness. Obviously, Dai Wangshu absorbed the artistic conception and method of describing sadness from these poems, and formed the artistic conception and image of Rain Lane. This kind of absorption and reference is obvious, but can we say that the artistic conception and image of Rain Lane are famous works? I don't think so. In forming the artistic conception and image of Rain Lane, the poet not only absorbed the fruit juice of predecessors, but also created his own. First, the ancients used the lilac knot itself as a symbol of sadness in their poems, while Yuxiang imagined a girl as sad as the lilac knot. She has the image of lilacs disappearing in an instant, which is different from the old classical poems written by the poet in his early days and other works full of old poetry. Shows the breath of a new era. Lilac knot in the rain can't arouse people's hope and disillusionment even more than the girl who is as sad as lilac. This image is a rare creation in the field of expressing the sorrow of the times. Second, in ancient poetry, the lilac knot in the rain is based on real life scenes. The poet added his own imagination according to his own life experience. It is more beautiful than life.
