What is the dividing line between Wang Wei’s poetry?

Wang Wei's poetry creation path is roughly divided into two periods based on the death of Zhang Jiuling in the twenty-sixth year of Kaiyuan (738).

Most of the early poems reflected reality and had obvious progressive political tendencies, which to a certain extent reflected the enterprising spirit of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Most of the later poems described mountains and rivers and sang pastoral scenes, and they also expressed dissatisfaction with real politics in a tortuous way, but the main tone of the mood was decadent and negative.
