Naxi County belongs to Luzhou City, Sichuan Province.

Naxi county is located in the southern edge of Sichuan, on the bank of the Yangtze River and by the Yongning River. It was named after "barbarians (ethnic minorities) paid tribute to this stream" during the Three Kingdoms period. It was founded in the fifth year of Li Zong in the Southern Song Dynasty (A.D. 1232), and 1996 withdrew from the county to establish the city.

Naxi county is high in the south and low in the north, with flat dams, hills and low mountains, with an altitude of 230 ~ 963.2 meters. The highest point in Naxi District is the Baituyan in Zhaopushan, a big ancient town. There are two east-west strip mountains in Naxi District. One runs through the middle of the region, starts from Hejiang in the east, and extends to Jiang 'an direction through Dawang in Bai Jie Town, Ledeng in Tianxian Town and Hefeng in Dadukou Town, with an altitude of more than 500 meters, and the eastern part is higher than the western part, with a territory of more than 40 kilometers. A branch of Dagu Town, Ma Shang Town and Hemian Town, spanning the southern part of the area, meanders for more than 30 kilometers, with an altitude of more than 450 meters.
