Isn't The Book of Songs a poem and an enlightenment? These are two things.

In the Zhou Dynasty, which attached great importance to ethics, it attached great importance to the simplicity of folk customs, and there were "poets" who collected poems circulated among the people to understand the folk customs. There are many poetic themes in The Book of Songs, some of which expose the dark politics at that time and attack the ruling class, while others are warm and simple, expressing people's yearning and pursuit for a better love and happy life, and resisting the ethical code, which has very touching artistic power. When I was in middle school, I learned Feng Wei's The Book of Songs, Cutting Tan and Storytelling, satirizing those rich people who had nothing at that time. However, what is more familiar and widely circulated is the emotional poem in The Book of Songs, which is still widely circulated today.

When it comes to lyric poems in The Book of Songs, some of them are about affection and love, which are rich in content. The ancients ruled the country with filial piety, and there were also many poems about their children's feelings for their parents. When I first read the Book of Songs, I was deeply impressed by Li Fengkai:

The wind blew from the south, blowing his spine. I want to die, and my mother has a reward.

The wind blows from the south, and the wind blows from the other side. God, I have no family.

There is a cold spring under the dredging. With seven children, my mother is very hard.

The yellow bird, with its voice. There are seven children, don't comfort your mother.

The first chapter of the poem is about the hardships for mothers to raise their sons, the second chapter is about seven words of self-reproach, the third chapter is about seven words of self-reproach for failing to support their mothers, and the fourth chapter is about seven words of disappointment for their mothers. The whole poem has distinct levels and complete structure. In essence, this is not just a poem in which a son praises his mother. It is preferable to say that "the mother who gave birth to seven sons planned to remarry after her husband died, so the seven sons comforted her." "In the praise of the mother's family, there is actually a veto of the mother's rights as a woman." But when I first read it, I felt that this poem was about a virtuous and loving mother. She tried to bring up her seven sons, but the sons felt incompetent and failed to repay their mother's kindness. Poetry has no passionate words, but it fully shows the mother's hard work in raising her son and the son's deep gratitude to her. The expression of this emotion reveals sadness and remorse, as well as helplessness and melancholy as a son, which causes readers to think and reflect.

Xiao Ya Guo E has different styles, which can be said to be a typical poem of filial piety:

It's me, Polygonum hydropiper. Artemisia argyi is a bandit. Mourn for my parents and give birth to me.

I am a loser, but I am a thief. Mourn for my parents and give birth to me.

It is a pity that the bottle is used up. It is better to die for a long time than to live with fresh people. What if there is no father? What can I do without my mother? Get a shirt when you go out, and you're exhausted when you go in.

My father gave birth to me and my mother bowed to me. Caress me, feed me, nurture me, nurture me, take care of me, go in and out of my stomach. The virtue of wanting to repay kindness. Heaven is so chaotic!

Nanshan is fierce and the wind is blowing. I don't care, I'm alone!

Nanshan method, drifting with the wind. Everyone is in the valley, I'm not alone!
