Excerpt from the original text: at the age of ten, poetry is cut quickly, and the cold ash candle is far from love.
At the farewell party where candles were lit and tears turned to ashes (yesterday), I was sad and filled with emotion. Ten-year-old Han Wo (your son) is as witty as Yuan Hu in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and an article is written in an instant.

The poet compared Donglang and his son to a phoenix by metaphor, to show that the abstract truth of the epiphany was transformed into a concrete image by "the voice of the little phoenix is clearer than that of the old phoenix". This is not vivid enough. The poet thought that the legendary Phoenix was born in Danshan, and it likes to inhabit the buttonwood tree.
After the gallop of imagination, such a fascinating picture is formed: on the distant Danshan Road, beautiful tung flowers are everywhere, and the crisp and mellow singing of the little phoenix comes from time to time, which echoes the call of the old phoenix and is even more pleasing to the eye. What a poetic depiction! After reading this picture, Dong Lang's outstanding youth and handsome poems are vividly on the paper.
Using vivid association and imagination to transform actual facts into virtual situations and pictures can be said to be another form of expression of Li Shangyin's poems. A poem that was originally easy to write in an ordinary way has been handed down all the time with the famous sentence "Chickens are bright", which is inseparable from the poet's true feelings for the younger generation.
