Who is the author of this poem? How to translate? Thank you! !

This is a wish of Samuel Rogers.

The full text is translated as follows:

I hope to have a hut on the hillside, and the buzz of beehives makes me refreshed; The stream of weeping willow revetment turns the water mill, and many waterfalls rattle.

I hope that under my thatched eaves, swallows are always chirping in mud nests; I hope pilgrims can dine with me and welcome these guests to visit us often.

Ivy covered my porch, sucking dew and blooming fragrance; Lucy, wearing a long brown dress and a blue waist, sang while spinning.

There is a country church in the Woods, where we first got engaged. The spire tower points to the sky, and the cheerful bells ripple with the breeze.
