Brief introduction of Shenhua Yili Energy Co., Ltd.

Shenhua Yili Energy Co., Ltd. was established by Shenhua Shendong Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Yili Resources Group Co., Ltd. according to the ratio of 5 1: 49. The company was established in August 2005 with a registered capital of 654.38+04 billion yuan, mainly engaged in the construction and operation of the 4×200MW coal gangue self-provided power plant in Dalat Banner and the supporting Huangyuchuan coal mine with an annual output of 65.438+0966 million tons in Zhungeer Banner, with a total investment of 6654.38+654.38+0966 million yuan, of which the power plant project is 3.62647 billion yuan. Shenhua Yili 4×200MW coal gangue power plant is located in Yili Chemical Industry Park, Zhao Shulin Town, Dalad Banner, Inner Mongolia. In 2004, it was officially approved by the National Development and Reform Commission of Inner Mongolia with 1, and it was officially started in May 2006. Construction is contracted by EPC of Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute. Boiler, steam turbine and generator are manufactured by Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd., Harbin Steam Turbine Factory and Jinan Generator Factory respectively. The first and second units were put into production in June of 5438+00 and February of 12 respectively, and the third and fourth units were put into production in April of 2008.

Shenhua Yili Power Plant is a coal gangue power plant with the largest installed capacity in China. This boiler is the first 200MW circulating fluidized bed boiler with independent intellectual property rights in China. This steam turbine is also the first 200MW direct air-cooled steam turbine with double cylinders and double exhaust in China. After the completion of the power plant, 3.6 million tons of low calorific value fuels such as local coal gangue can be used every year. Due to the adoption of direct air cooling technology and industrial wastewater reuse technology, the annual water consumption is only 2.45 million cubic meters. The water consumption index is only 0.0 18m3/s GW, which is superior to similar units in the same area. The project adopts clean energy technologies such as in-furnace desulfurization and low combustion, and the emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are greatly reduced, both reaching or lower than the requirements of national standards. It will have a positive impact on protecting and improving the local ecological environment if the furnace ash residue generated by power generation is made into cement on the spot. Shenhua Yili Power Plant organically combines coal gangue, power generation, chemical industry, comprehensive utilization of fly ash and other industries to form a complete industrial chain, which has the remarkable characteristics of high technology content, long industrial chain and good social benefits, and is a model for developing circular economy.
