Is Moonlit Night by the River a poem or a poem?

Moonlit Night on the Spring River was originally named Yuefu Song Wusheng, and it is said that it was written by Chen, a fatuous and dissolute man in the Southern Dynasties. The original word has been lost. Later, Emperor Yang Di made this song, but it was only a few words and the content was very monotonous.
