I came to Chengtou a year ago, and it was also a regular meeting on Monday. I still remember that at that time I had just read the article "Your "You dress the way you look" is still fresh in my memory. A year has passed in a daze, and it is another Monday morning of the regular meeting. At this moment, I want to say - your dress is how you look, and how you look is what Chengtou looks like. In one year, everyone in Chengtou is like a horse on the reins, galloping freely and uninhibitedly. It seems that the urban investment group is like a train that has entered the fast lane, whizzing forward and rushing past on the track of high-quality development. In one year, everyone in Chengtou is changing. Except for the sound of food in the cafeteria, all people and things related to Chengtou are changing.
In one year, Chengtou has given me so much. Even though there are a thousand words when we get together, only two words are needed when we say goodbye. Thousands of words can be condensed into two words: thank you! I would like to thank my leaders and colleagues for gifting me a one-way ticket starting from the Disabled Persons' Federation and stopping at the Urban Investment Corporation to the future, which gave me the opportunity to experience the amazing Urban Investment Corporation. Thanks to my leaders and colleagues for giving me an unlimited transfer ticket starting yesterday and stopping today to tomorrow. It makes me look forward to a different urban investment in the future.
One year is enough for me to learn, but it is far from enough. A year ago, I was appointed by the organization to listen, see and learn. Over the past year, Chengtou has taught me three magic tools for work. The first one is to do the work in a practical way. Everything that is not implemented is empty talk. Assessment indicators are the hard lever for measuring everything. Ranking first among municipal state-owned enterprises in the comprehensive evaluation of operating performance is the signature of Chengtou. The second is that the work must be dug deep. Just looking at the water from a dragonfly and looking at the flowers on a horse will not stand in the city. How are you doing at work? Come on stage and show it off. Difficulties and pain points, seven hundred, and three system reform review meetings are good if they can withstand doubts and inquiries. The third is that work must be rushed forward. The fierce horse lies down on the grass, and the good colt stirs up its hooves. The starlight does not ask the passerby. Behind the high-speed rail are more than 500 people traveling day and night, 24 hours a day, rain or shine, from the high-speed rail to the Olympic Sports Center, from the viaduct expressway to education, medical care, benefiting people's livelihood, from basic workers to outstanding migrant workers, from you in the cold wind You are amazing, everyone in Chengtou is amazing!
I would also like to use three cows to summarize the story, power and wisdom of Chengtou. One is a great person. From certified public accountants, lawyer qualification certificates, engineers to intermediate accountants, teacher qualification certificates... these have become essential skills for every workplace expert. The Seven Hundred Talent Training Project has paved the way for the cultivation of talents.
The second is Niu Jin. The story of First Secretary Shi Junjie is tear-jerking, but there are many colleagues who deserve admiration. There are sub-finance managers who are still working overtime until late at night on the eve of their ten-month pregnancy, group leaders who work for more than 500 days and live on the front line of the high-speed rail, and trapeze artists who work year-round...these people Set up a stage to sing and let the urban investment group have a good show.
The third is bullishness. The first high-speed railway opened in the old district of Yimeng was built here; the long-awaited Olympic Sports Center of 10 million people will soon be realized here; the education plan of the flowers of the motherland is cultivated here. The bullishness of Chengtou is precisely due to such strength and confidence.
Time flies, and looking back, all the stories created by Chengtou have become memories. Other people’s experiences are called stories, and your own experiences are called growth. This year, I was able to experience and grow up in Chengtou, which was full of happiness and emotion. The city's investment in me is the spring breeze of life. It is easy to recognize the spring breeze, and it is always spring with its colorful colors. For me, the people and things in Chengtou are the spring of encounter in life.
Bathing in the spring breeze of Chengtou is warm, touching, powerful and wise. I believe that Chengtou in the future will be full of flowers and spring! I also believe that every Chengtou employee at this moment and in the future will be proud to say loudly and sincerely - who doesn’t say that our Chengtou is good!
