Modern Poetry: What Shines in the Dark

What is shining in the dark?

Like fireflies

sparkling

Fragile and tenacious.

Suddenly: take it away.

Hide it in a dark and cold cellar.

Hide it in the deep and lonely forest

Seal it in a muddy swamp.

I'm still scared inside.

So, once again, put it in a dark and humid cave.

Throw it into a narrow, dark trench.

Throw it into the dark clouds.

Wait, wait, wait

Waiting for a society tired of the world of mortals and darkness.

I'm tired of waiting for the nightlife eroded by the world of mortals.

Selfish people waiting to see enough of the world of mortals.

Only then did I find out.

What's missing

Go to Qingxi Spring to find peace.

Go to the beautiful maple forest to find peace.

Go to the vast grassland to find peace.

The heart is still empty

From here, go to the mountains to seek liberation.

Go to dachuan for comfort.

Go to the universe for comfort

Dragging a tired body.

have pains all over

The problem returns to its original state.

Be puzzled about the origin

Be in a daze at the origin

What are you waiting for at the starting point

What to look for at the origin

What is shining in the dark?

Like fireflies

sparkling

Fragile and tenacious.
