After watching the video "Luo Yonghao Interview with Luo Xiang"

At the beginning of the video, Luo Yonghao and Luo Xiang walk and talk. Suddenly there was a shout from behind: Teacher Luo, please sign your name. The two stopped, took out their pens and gave each other humility. The girl ran up to him and asked, Who is Luo Zhenyu? The two men shook their heads awkwardly, and Luo Yonghao took out his usual tone: Walking is so annoying.

A short video, which tied three online celebrities Lao Luo together to "ridicule", made me very happy.

I met Luo Yonghao from Niu Bo. He created the website. At that time, Niu Bo. Com is really great, gathering celebrities such as Liang Wendao, Han Han, Lian Yue and Chai Jing, and providing unique articles in various styles. The popularity of the website soared once, and I occasionally went to see them "quarrel".

Later, I watched Lao Luo have dinner with the old men in Beijing cultural circle, watched him set up an English training school, watched his hammer mobile phone go public, and watched him pay off 600 million debts in three years when he was broadcast live by online celebrities. I heard that he recently participated in the "Hyperuniverse".

I never hide my love and appreciation for Luo Yonghao. His cleverness and humor, as well as his simplicity in humor, have natural magic for me. Influenced by me, my husband and children will follow him to watch every speech in recent years.

The words "feelings" and "responsibilities" have been practiced by him all these years and gradually penetrated into my heart. He can break into his favorite industry at any cost for feelings, or he can refuse to go bankrupt when he is in debt. He is complacent when he succeeds and wants to die when he fails. His first half of life became a legend. Although some people laugh at his ignorance and stupidity, he can live so heartily and die without regret.

Mr. Luo Xiang was angry for a long time. I learned about him from the talk show. At that time, I was moved by his knowledge and his sympathy for the people at the bottom of society. I watched this video again today, and it was completely circled.

Almost everything Mr. Luo said in the interview can directly hit my heart.

He said that reading is an important means to fight against nothingness in life. He likes reading literary books, because fictional characters designed by literary works can be unfolded in unexpected life situations and can exhaust our life thinking. He also likes reading the works of great thinkers to improve the thickness of his thoughts.

In the public's cognition, the relationship between criminal law and ordinary people seems a bit far away. When Luo Yonghao asked him why teaching criminal law was still popular, Teacher Luo Xiang said that criminal law can best carry the fairness and justice that the law wants to pursue, and every citizen has a desire for fairness and justice.

Many times, fairness and justice are buried in our hearts like seeds, which may be an original setting of human beings. When your lecture inspires people's desire for fairness and justice, this seed may explode, knowledge will spread, and he will find knowledge interesting and relevant to him, satisfying his expectation of fairness and justice.

Luo Xiang said that there are two possibilities for people to touch the darkness. One is more eager for light, and the other is assimilated by darkness, just like a poem written by Gu Cheng: The night gave me black eyes, but I used it to find light.

When you choose light, you will certainly encounter some doubts, thinking that there may be no light in this world and darkness may be the normal state of life. At this time, you need a kind of persistence.

Contact with so many dark cases, from another perspective, will reflect on themselves. He believes that there is a Zhang San in everyone's heart, which hides the corruption of the whole world. Many evil things may not be done, but will we think about it? Maybe it's just your inaction, so these cases will make you reflect on your heart. Can you set a moral valve in your heart to lock this dark idea and prevent it from becoming a practical work?

So in a sense, the training of these laws, on the one hand, really makes me long for the light, on the other hand, makes me reflect on myself, so I may not be so sharp about people and things, and I may look at people and things in this world with a more tolerant attitude. After all, one finger is pointing at others and four fingers are pointing at yourself.

Teacher Luo Xiang thinks that his tolerance is not his nature, but his training. When people climb to the good side, it is hypocrisy to many others, but only people are hypocritical and animals are not hypocritical. In this sense, perhaps these dark things, one is to let him yearn for the light, and the other is to let him know his heart.

How to treat the public's anger against social bad cases? Personally, he thinks that people's anger is reasonable, because if people don't have anger, then justice lacks the basic mass base. However, people's anger may sometimes be like a flood breaking a dam, so sometimes the law may be like that dam, putting anger in the dam to prevent it from overflowing the dam and causing new disasters.

Criminal law is called criminal law. First of all, it has a kind of punishment, which is called punishment. To a great extent, it is a paradox. On the one hand, we should punish the crime, on the other hand, we should restrain the power to punish the crime itself. Any power may be alienated if it is not restricted.

People's anger is just, and we need this sense of justice, which provides a steady stream of living water for criminal law. But on the other hand, this so-called anger should also be standardized. You can't go beyond the law to Lynch, so it may be a balance. The law should listen to the voice of the people, but it cannot go beyond the prejudice of the people.

Regarding the topic "Justice may be late but not absent", Mr. Luo Xiang thinks that the world is just. If there is no justice in this world, what he has learned is meaningless. Simple emotions also tell people that when you think something is unfair, there must be a corresponding concept of justice, otherwise it is unfair and your anger is meaningless.

He strongly agrees with Plato's understanding of justice. As early as more than 2,000 years ago, there was a discussion about the adoption of justice, and there were only three viewpoints: one was not (might is justice) and there was compromise skepticism. Affirming that there is justice in the world is the premise of the existence of law.

Then how to pursue justice? He said that this is actually a legal realism consideration, just like: Is there a circle in the world?

There must be a concept of circle in the world, but people can't draw a perfect circle, so justice may be like a circle in concept. People will always move towards justice, and law will move towards justice, but law is flawed justice in reality. Just because justice is flawed does not mean that it is not justice.

The criminal law stipulates the procedure of how to pursue justice, in other words, the law pursues order. There's something wrong with this. Many times, the power to maintain order itself will become the destroyer of order, thinking that it is cool to indulge one's righteous feelings, like chivalrous spirit, killing one person in ten steps and leaving a thousand miles behind. But this way of maintaining justice may eventually break through justice. In the law, what must be accepted is a kind of flawed justice, which is a fact that we humans have to accept.

This is why the law emphasizes procedural justice. We must pursue justice according to the procedure, not the inner justice. After all, it is often those good wishes that bring people into hell on earth. Therefore, justice is better late than waiting for justice.

Law has many internal philosophies, which support such a huge legal system, but these philosophies may conflict with each other under it.

He said that legal training made him learn more from foxes than from hedgehogs. The ancient Greek poet once wrote a famous poem: the hedgehog sees the world with one thing, and the fox sees what's going on in the world. The fox is that kind of pluralism, and the hedgehog is monism.

Legal training made him more able to embrace pluralism and let him always know that the world is a mixture of various interests. Many times, it is not the confrontation between good and evil, but the confrontation between good and good, all of which are beautiful values, but there are conflicts between these beautiful values. How to find a compromise between these conflicting values sometimes requires a variety of wisdom.

In his view, the spirit of the legal system in this world really needs continuous development, because the legal system emphasizes two points, one is to govern with good laws, and the other is to abide by them universally.

Good law rule means that the law itself is good. But many people don't have this basic knowledge and think that law is a tool. Why should the law pursue goodness?

In terms of universal compliance, many people think that you must abide by the rules, but I don't have to.

If everyone who truly agrees with the concept of law and the rule of law can truly have justice in his heart and be willing to be bound by rules, especially when he has some power, then he can inherit the light of the rule of law. Light has a converging effect. If everyone is a lamp, when they are together, the light will shine more brightly.

At the biennial award ceremony of "Top 10 Most Popular Teachers for Undergraduates" in the University of Political Science and Law, the award words given to Luo Xiang are: both the rationality of legal person and the temperature of social person, teachers are good at indulging, and insist on being the light of the rule of law.

In 2020, when online courses make Luo Xiang the most outstanding law teacher, and when fate pushes him to a bigger stage, the title of "most popular among undergraduates" is still what Luo Xiang himself values most.

Luo Xiang is unique in that he can talk about philosophy, literature, the origin of justice and the relationship between criminal law and morality besides cases. He even opened his mouth in class and wrote a poem about the chivalrous man who robbed the rich and helped the poor in ancient times. He also recited Li Bai's Chivalrous Man.

He would say in the law exam class, "Don't add marginal value to your life." When he answers questions for others, he will casually say, "read psalm 84:6." That's what I told you.

He hid himself in the theory of criminal law, Socrates and Plato, and he defined himself as "the mouthpiece of the wisdom of ancient sages". He doesn't need to perform any new performances, as long as he passes on the wisdom of the sages, he has completed his mission.

It is these that make up the charm of Luo Xiang and make him the Luo Xiang of today.

No matter how many voices of opposition and slander there are outside, Luo Xiang changed my understanding of the law. No longer boring, it can be as charming as philosophy, religion and literature. Luo Xiang also changed my understanding of law teachers. It turns out that he can get rid of the rigid and boring poems and songs.

Every book you read will leave a mark on you. From Luo Xiang, I saw the ubiquity of philosophy and the importance and value of reading.

This video has taught me too much.
