What kind of experience is it to work in China Unicom?
I am an ordinary Unicom customer service staff. When I first entered Unicom, I thought it was a very tall job. After all, I was a state-owned enterprise and had a reputation. After taking part in the work, I found it was not so easy. Customer service will hear different voices and questions from different users. I thought I could handle it calmly, but I was too nervous to speak. But the team leader won't blame you, but patiently enlighten me and teach me communication skills, which makes me feel different from the superiors and subordinates.
