On both sides of Qi Jing Street in my hometown, there are many precious and ancient ginkgo trees. These ginkgo trees grow tall and straight. The trunk is too thick for our children to surround it with their hands. The trunk is gray. I saw many small pits on the trunk, and then I touched them with my hand. They feel rough, just like grandma's chapped hands, and they are not smooth. Numerous branches grow in the middle of the trunk, which is as beautiful as Guanyin with a thousand hands. At the top of the branch, there are many twigs, which are very thin. Leaves that grow on trees in spring are not very noticeable. In summer, Ginkgo Garden has grown up a lot. These leaves are very lush, like small fans in the shape of plum blossoms, which are more beautiful under the sunlight. Seen from a distance, these small leaves form an open green velvet umbrella. Qi Jing Street is covered with green velvet umbrellas, which seems to bring coolness to people passing by Qi Jing Street. Autumn came, the leaves turned yellow and began to fall. Some danced in the air, some landed on the ground, as if to build a stadium for the little ants, some landed in the water, and the little fish used it to dance butterflies. There are lots and lots of ginkgo on the tree. Oh, that's ginkgo biloba which can be used as medicine. It covers the whole ginkgo tree, but some of it is being picked by the workers' uncle and sent to the pharmacy. In autumn, Qi Jing Street is beautifully decorated with ginkgo trees. You can't see this unique beauty in other places. I love my hometown, and I love the unique urban tree in my hometown-ginkgo tree. Also known as Gongsun Tree and Ginkgo Tree, it is one of the three living fossils.
