Nostalgia is neither big nor small. Poets with high depth only concretize abstract sadness into images, things described by adjectives. Although the stamps are small, the tickets are narrow, the tombs are short and the straits are shallow, the poet can't cross them.
This further deepened the author's sadness. And these overlapping adjectives themselves have the effect of depression and repression. The poet deliberately pinned his homesickness on small things, perhaps to reduce pain, but to increase sadness.
