There has been a negative growth in deposits in our society, while the Agricultural Bank of China has increased by more than140,000, and the postal savings have also increased by more than 8 million. Almost all good account opening units have gone to the Agricultural Bank of China. At this time, I saw a man who was worried about the operating difficulties of Shagang Credit Cooperative. He was fidgeting. He worked hard to help Shagang Credit Cooperative decline, almost exhausted. He is our director, Comrade Wang Yuwen. I was on duty with him. I have never seen him sleep soundly. He often tossed and turned and got up at midnight to smoke. Sometimes, I talk with him almost all night, talking about the challenges we face, how to open up a new situation in our work, how to create a business environment, how to achieve business goals, and how to increase employees' income. What impressed me the most was that he made me clear about the correct outlook on life and values. Where the struggle of life begins, the value of life is reflected.
