What are the characteristics of Huang Tingjian's poems?

Huang Tingjian (A.D. 1045 ~ 1 105), named Lu Zhi, was a Taoist priest in the valley, as well as Qin Guan, Zhang Lei and Huang Buyuan. He is known as the "Four Bachelor of Sumen" and is a famous poet and calligrapher in the Northern Song Dynasty. Poetry creation pays attention to rhetoric and sentence-making, and pursues extremely hard style.
