Is there a secret elite organization in China?
In the history of China, there are no secret organizations composed of social elites, but there are some secret organizations composed of ordinary people. Bailian religion is a famous secret religious organization in the history of China. Knife Club and green gang are also famous secret organizations in history. In addition, there are Hong Men, Heaven and Earth Society and its derived underworld, as well as secret organizations such as Paoge Society. Hong Men is a secret organization that originated in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. The main idea is to fight against the Qing dynasty and regain sight. Zheng Chenggong is the founder. Zheng Chenggong first established the "Golden Mountain" in Taiwan Province. The name of this mountain was taken from recruiting talents from Huang Jintai, and he was appointed as the leader, that is, the "Mountain Lord". All the participants were his subordinates. All the champions are called "Hong Men", and the door is home, so it is also called Hongjia. Since we are a family, participants are called brothers regardless of their positions. This is an equal organization, calling for "Taoyuan" loyalty and "crock" prestige, so there are "brothers, big or small". In the middle and late Qing Dynasty, the branch of "Hong Men" Mountain Religion spread all over Jiangnan and China, and even developed to Southeast Asia, Europe and America, with millions of believers. Under the pressure of the Qing court, some Hong Men religious orders turned to overseas development organizations, and always stood at the forefront of overseas Chinese in resisting the exploitation and oppression of old and new colonialism, thus causing hatred and concern of the early western colonial regimes. In order to destroy Hong Men, Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty sought the history of Hong Men Society with the help of several southeast provinces. Although I have accumulated millions of words of documents, I still feel that there is no conclusive evidence. Heaven and earth will be developed by Hong Men. When Taiwan Province Province was restored to the motherland in the early Qing Dynasty, people in Fujian coastal areas had a hard life, so people spontaneously formed a self-help society-Heaven and Earth Society. Qianlong twenty-six years (176 1), led by Honger and Wan Tixi (monk Yunlong), was born in Zhangzhou, Fujian. Later, it evolved into an anti-local government organization and joined the anti-Qing sentiment. The book of Heaven and Earth Society, adapted from the history of Hong Men, became an excuse for people to oppose the government. There was anti-Qing sentiment at first, and then it gradually evolved into a simple civil society. Many times because of conflicts with the local government, it was listed as an illegal organization by the Qing court. Because of persisting in the anti-Qing armed struggle, the Heaven and Earth Society became an important ally of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and the Revolution of 1911. Sun Yat-sen, Qiu Jin, Tao and other revolutionaries of the Revolution of 1911 successively joined the Heaven and Earth Society, and Mr. Sun Yat-sen even called the Heaven and Earth Society the "Old National Revolutionary Party". Li Dazhao, the founder of Zhong * *, said in the article "The National Revolution and World Revolution of Zhongshan Doctrine": The Heaven and Earth Society is the only revolutionary group in China that keeps organizational contact with the First International founded and led by Marx himself. Modern china zhi gong party developed from an overseas organization of the Modern Heaven and Earth Society to the court. It was founded in America in the early 20th century. Triads were first formed in A.D. 1830 from the border of Guangxi to Wuzhou, Zhaoqing and Foshan in Guangzhou, with the mutual protection of brave groups, civic groups and villagers' organizations. After the Opium War, it evolved into Li, Luo Outline and other anti-Qing organizations, calling each other Hong Men's children, and carried out the revolutionary deeds known as the Guangdong Uprising. As early as 1845, the Hong Kong colonial government banned triad activities at the request of the Qing court. After the demise of the Qing Dynasty, triads evolved into a general term for traditional secret societies in Hong Kong. Heaven and earth society was listed as an anti-Qing organization after Qianlong, and it was explicitly prohibited. Those who disobey orders die. Unofficial history, whose name is popular, was quoted by Guangdong Hong Men Organization. In order to avoid the suspicion of Manchu, it was renamed Sanfenhui, that is, Hongzi Water Department named Sanfenhui, which was called "Sanfenhui", but it was changed to "underworld" because it felt that Hong Men's meaning could not be expressed. After 1848, there is a legend about the underworld. It is said that a Fujian fisherman obtained the original book of Hong Men Society in Haidilao in his early years. A century later, some members of the original underworld changed from patriotic organizations to criminal groups. 19 1 1 year, after the demise of the Qing dynasty, Hong Men was at a loss because he suddenly lost his goal. What's worse, they didn't seize the opportunity to take part in the uprising. As a result, some of them became angry and depressed. The authorities later declared the organization illegal, and the original public support and donations of the triad were later cut off due to the collapse of the Qing Dynasty. Finally, because triad members can't return to ordinary people's lives, they use various methods to blackmail those who don't want to continue donating money to them. So, at this time, some early rebels began to reorganize the triad, which is the embryonic form of the triad today. Paogehui is the common name of folk gang organizations in Chongqing and Wanxian (including Chongqing now, the same below) during the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. In other areas, it is called Big Brother Club, and the more familiar name recently is Axe Club. It is said that hatchets are often hidden in a loose wrist cuff leather case. Paoge Club originated in the late Qing Dynasty and prevailed in the Republic of China. Paoge Club, together with green gang and Hongmen, were the three major folk gangs at that time. Paoge Club was once a secret organization of a few people in Chongqing and Sichuan in the Qing Dynasty. After the Revolution of 1911, it has long been an open organization in which most adult men in Chongqing directly joined or indirectly accepted its control. Paoge Club has an extremely important influence on all aspects of Sichuan, Chongqing and Guizhou society, and even many traces of it can be seen in the character of Chongqing people today. This feature is unprecedented in any other part of China.
