1. "Jiangchengzi" by Su Shi: Ten years of life and death! If you don’t think about it, you will never forget it. Thousands of miles of lonely tomb, no place to speak of desolation. Even if we meet each other, we should not know each other, our faces are covered with dust and our temples are like frost. At night, you suddenly return to your hometown with a deep dream. Xiaoxuan window, dressing up. They looked at each other without words, only a thousand lines of tears. It is expected that the broken part of the intestines will be cut off every year, on a bright moonlit night, there will be short pines.
Appreciation:
"Jiangchengzi·Dream on the 20th day of the first lunar month of Yimao" is a funeral poem written by Su Shi, a great writer in the Song Dynasty, in memory of his first wife Wang Fu. Endless sorrow and longing. This word is full of affection, and every word contains blood and tears. The upper que describes the poet's deep longing for his deceased wife, which is realistic; the lower que describes the dream, expressing the poet's deep affection for his deceased wife, which is virtual. The upper que records reality, and the lower que records dreams. The combination of virtual and real brings out the longing for his deceased wife and deepens the sad tone of the whole poem. The line drawing technique is used in the words, and the words are spoken as if they are commonplace, but every word comes from the heart, natural and profound, and the simplicity embodies the sincerity. The whole poem is euphemistic in thought, with various realms emerging, and the mood is desolate and pathos. It is a well-known masterpiece.
2. "Untitled" by Li Shangyin
Last night the stars and the wind were on the west side of the painting building and on the east side of Guitang.
I don’t have the wings of a colorful phoenix, but I have a clear mind.
Gouchun wine is given to every other seat to warm it up, and the wax-covered lamps are red.
I listened to the drum and went to answer the official question, walking around Malantai and turning around.
Appreciation
The first couplet uses twists and turns to describe last night’s joyful gathering. "Last Night's Stars and Last Night's Wind" is the time: the night is low, the stars are twinkling, and the cool breeze is blowing. A night intoxicated by the spring breeze, lingering with the warm atmosphere of tranquility and romance. The two words "last night" in the sentence are opposite to each other, going back and forth, and the tone is soothing and refreshing. "West of the painting building and east of Guitang" refers to the location: west of the exquisite painting building and east of Guimu Hall. The person didn't even write down a clear location, but only used the surrounding environment to set it off. What story happened in such a wonderful moment and charming environment, the poet just recalled it in his heart alone, while we couldn't help but be moved by the style displayed in the poem.
The chin couplet writes about today’s lovesickness. The poet has been separated from his beloved for two years. "I don't have the wings of a colorful phoenix" to describe the deep yearning and the pain of missing each other: I hate that I don't have the wings of a colorful phoenix to fly to my lover. "The hearts are connected and connected" describes the depth of mutual understanding: each other's thoughts are like the supernatural rhinoceros horns, closely connected. "Nothing in the body" and "being in the heart", one outside and one inside, one sad and one happy, are contradictory and wonderfully unified. There is sweetness in pain, expectation in loneliness, the pain of lovesickness and the joy of being connected, blending together. The complex and subtle mentality of lovers who are deeply in love but cannot stay together is portrayed in detail and vividly. These two sentences have become famous throughout the ages.
The neck couplet "Every seat is given a spring wine to warm it, and each camp is covered with wax and the lamp is red" is a description of the excitement at the banquet. This should be a party attended by poets and beauties. At the banquet, people played games such as sending hooks across seats and shooting in groups. They drank and drank together, with bright lights and warm wine, and they had a great time. Yesterday's laughter and laughter are still echoing in my ears. Today's banquet may still be going on, but the poet is no longer around. The enthusiasm of the banquet brings out the poet's loneliness, which is quite desolate as "the excitement is theirs, but I have nothing".
The last couplet "I listened to the drum to answer the official duty, walked around Malantai and turned around" describes the helplessness of being in the world: It's a pity that I have to go to work when I hear the sound of the drum announcing the dawn, Walking in and out of the secretarial department, it was like fluffy grass fluttering in the wind. This sentence should explain the reason for leaving the beautiful woman, and at the same time reveal the boredom of the errand, implying the emotion of having a lost life.
The whole poem takes psychological activities as the starting point. The poet's feelings are delicate and real, and he depicts an emotion that can be understood but cannot be expressed in a confusing and eye-catching way.
