Gong means effort; Don means giving up. Therefore, it can be interpreted as "Gong Bu Tang Don". All the merits and efforts in the world will not be paid in vain, but will definitely be rewarded.

Ups and downs are not accidental and cannot escape the law of cause and effect. The sufferings people suffer today are just the bad consequences of various evil causes. If people want to reap the good results in the future, they must work hard to cultivate good causes now. At this time, we must realize that success does not necessarily belong to me, but hard work will not be in vain. If you plant flowers intentionally, your blessings will be realized sooner or later, but the time has not yet come.
4. The original text is as follows: "If there are sentient beings who worship Guanshiyin Bodhisattva respectfully, their blessings will not be donated to others. Therefore, all living beings should accept and uphold the name of Guanshiyin Bodhisattva."
