Teacher Xue Ying: I have been in contact with Eurydice since 20 13. At that time, I came into contact with Eurydice at a seminar held by a South African teacher to explain Waldorf's syllabus for grades one to eight. At that time, I didn't know what Eurydice was, and I was curious. But that experience left me a bad feeling, because in class, more experiences were in the lecture part, and the teacher also talked about many theories from the universe, which made people feel fantastic. So, although I met Yosemite at that time, I didn't have much contact. Later, I found that the body doesn't feel as strongly about language as it does about music.
14 years, Xing Xing transferred from other kindergartens to mountain kindergartens. It was also at that time that Mr. Mark started the course of Youfa Beauty. This course is to prepare for the teachers' reserve, so it is an experience course for the intensive class. I don't want to sign up because I didn't feel very good about Yosemite before. But a friend of mine, after seeing the tweet of the workshop course, asked me if I could sign up in my name, because parents can sign up at a discount. So, I signed up under my own name. My friend will go abroad on business before class. At that time, I was a new parent, and I was embarrassed to mention the refund. In this way, and in order not to waste money, I will participate first. Therefore, when someone later asked me why I entered Eurydice, I said it was a complete mistake.
I really fell in love with Eurydice after that intensive course. Teacher Mark's teaching is very artistic, and I can find that he has a lot of understanding of music. I also studied music when I was young, especially the violin, and I felt the same way. I think learning music in this way is a great happiness for children. When I fell in love with Eurydice deeply, I made up my mind to be an Eurydice teacher.
Q: How did you grow up in the study of Eurydice?
Teacher Xue Ying: There are many exercises in Eurydice's course. The first thing is to cultivate your body to be more conscious, and consciousness needs to happen during exercise. This is very different from yoga, not in a relatively static process, but in such a movement process, we should always be aware of our body, every subtle part, and the relationship with others and the whole space field. Therefore, Eurydice is actually a very comprehensive training for people.
When I first entered, I seemed to be attracted by music, which would make people get carried away. In fact, it is to make your body more closely related to music. But in fact, when you really enter Eurydice, you will find that it transforms people in all directions, including the complete opening of the whole senses. Therefore, Eurydice will make you more sensitive to all kinds of information. For example, you will find that your ears can hear more and more subtle sounds, and even words, including poems and some articles, will be easier to understand and easier to relate to physically. At the same time, your perception of the whole space and the relationship between people will be more sensitive and acute than before. This is really a windfall for me from Eurydice. Therefore, I think Eurydice is of great help to the transformation of the whole person.
Q: How do you feel and change after teaching for many years?
Teacher Xue Ying: After I really embarked on the road of teaching, the biggest change I realized was that the previous exercises were more based on myself-I had brought all my previous study experiences and life experiences, so I received something. However, after teaching, you need to understand the development of children's consciousness at each stage, what kind of state it is, and how these exercises help children of different ages. If you don't set foot on the road of teaching, it's really hard to understand, and it's hard to really see how to change little by little in children.
Q: What happens to children when they use Euonymus?
Teacher Xue Ying: The most direct change of children-this is actually the same as that of adults, because children also need to open all their senses in this process and then receive them. Therefore, Eurydice can help children's sensory development more balanced. In addition, whether a child's self-occupation is healthy or not, and whether it matches his age, depends to a great extent on how the child feels about his own body. Eurydice can help children to a great extent.
Furthermore, Eurydice can cultivate children's very high-quality listening quality-the ability to really listen. Because the biggest difference between Eurydice and other courses is that children will find it necessary to keep their mouths shut only in Eurydice class. In this case, we can really open all other senses, not by listening to instructions or communicating with others, but by sensing others with our bodies and then cooperating with them. This way of cultivating listening quality is hard to find in today's society.
Q: What do you know about Waldorf education through Yosemite?
Teacher Xue Ying: In my opinion, Eurydice well explains the ultimate goal of Waldorf education. You will find that you will become a person with a very balanced body and mind, and have the ability to communicate with others. Waldorf education is to cultivate a person with sound personality. If everyone has this understanding, then the whole community will have such healthy and high-quality social skills.
